continuing the Oakley sightings in Entourage...

In the episode aired last night, the boys race some Ferrari's around a racetrack, and it seems that all four of 'em are wearing O. Vinnie Chase is wearing Ducati Hijinx/Antix and Turtle is wearing something like Half Jacket. And they're wearing Oakley racing gloves. Plus you can see an Oakley tent in the side mirror in one shot.

That's some blatantly obvious product placement there!

I used to like believing that the producers and actors selected the Oakley products themselves, but I guess they are there by design...

Wonder if we'll ever see a Pit Boss in a movie...

In Craig Morgan's new video for "Bonfire" he's wearing the Polished Gold/Brown-Clear Gradient Dart for most of the video.

I know its not a particular sighting, but I have to say that the O is starting to REALLY become commonplace around West Michigan.

I was at South Haven on the West Michigan lakeshore yesterday and found that about every 3rd or 4th person I walked by had a pair of Oakleys. I hate to say that a few were fakes, but all-in-all, Oakley is hugely represented here in the mitten.

That kinda suprises me considering the conservative nature of our state, but I was pleasantly suprised. In fact, in a few instances, it was clear that whole groups, or families were all wearing the O. Gascans were by far the most common with Flaks coming in at #2.

I picked a good day to represent with the Pitboss.

It is odd how geography affects the Oakley distribution amongst the public. Around where I live, I might be lucky to see someone other than my wife in a pair of Oakleys maybe a couple times a month. It just barely ever happens.

But we went to Toronto for the weekend and I saw dozens of people with them, men and women, of all various styles. So weird. Maybe because they have a store there.

Canadians love Oakley. I see them everywhere, whether it's in Vancouver, Edmonton, Calgary, Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal or Regina. They're everywhere here. That's why I think Canada's a little under-represented when it comes it Canadian-exclusive product.

Earlier in this thread, someone mentioned seeing Ali wear Oil Drums. I finally found a good pic:

So, Michael Scott doesn't look half bad rocking Monster Dogs. I wonder how much Oakley paid for the placement...

I have seen Oakley on The Office several times, Monster Dog M-Frame and some clothing. Another show you see a lot of Oakley in is Numb3rs.

Hmmm, makes me wonder what an all out throw-down between those with the polished Tanks and those with the stealth Tanks would look like...

I'm afraid the stealth Tanks might lose out. Seemed like a cool guy, but not sure how well he could hold his own in a cage match or something.

Of the two guys I know with polished one one is a good sized man and in good shape, the other is a scrappy Canadian. I have only meet one guy with the stealth although, probably Mr. Jannard, and Mr. Baden have one of each so it think it would be a tie. LOL
