Discovered Oakley around the Mid 90's. I love their design vocabulary and unnecessary materials they use for their products. I am more of a passive collector now, not really buying much anymore. I primarily collect display items from the steel and rivets era of Oakley.

If I remember correctly, the original name was time tank but due to legal pressure from omega the name had to be changed since omega or another brand had rights on the tank name.

Oak you don't need all that edgy nonsense. Just get a basic chair.

How you still find this stuff in 2020 is beyond me. This was a hard find for me 15 years ago.

That is a cool watch. Several elements from many other watches of that time present. Wonder why they didn't make a run of that.

Why does old unobtanium break down and get gummy? Not all of it does but some of it does even if you never touch it. Anyone discover a catalyst to stop the reaction?

Received the last piece to the Marvel Legends line, the Iron Man helmet. No one would escape looking goofy wearing it but it does have some cool features like a removeable faceplate, electronic sounds when you re-attach the faceplate, and light up eyes you can still see out of when it's lit up:

Damn Oak, you're the man. So who is your all time favorite character and are you more of a DC or marvel guy?
