punched the rivet out, pull the orbitals, plug the alternate orbital back in and rivet it back in place.

Those look awesome! The Carbon orbital ones are great. Are the rivets pretty much as sturdy as when they come from the factory?

some factory rivets are not as snug which is what I prefer bec it flexes better. (there are some factory rivets which are not evenly rivetted which causes the glasses to be lopsided)

looks like majority favors the darker orbitals, I wonder how an X-Metal orbital with Ti nosebridge would look like....hmmm, next project.

Wow, people are calling "customs" by swapping lenses and unob. but you take it to the next level. Good job Cal! Love the HI Blue combo

How the hell did you manage to find gold rivets for the 24k/24k combo? You are a braver man than I to dismantle a pair of Juliets. Massive respeck!

It's a whole new world.

I can't believe there is someone who actually pulls the rivet out and makes his own custom. Wow!

so cool Cal, the Carbon orbitals, they look like the Ti Blacklight color in Choptops.

How were you able to punch out the rivets? Are there any special tools you used?

Customs aren't my thing, but dude, those are so unique I cannot help but love them. We need to coin a new phrase because I don't think the term "custom" really says enough in the case of these.

There's a thin line between brave and crazy. Not quite sure which side of the line Cal's on, but I like it!
