So a big box was sitting at my front door yesterday and written in marker on the box was "Oakley Surf Shop Challenge". I open it up and inside was a "Surf Shop Challenge" branded rolling carry-on suitcase with two t-shirts inside. Looks like I finally won something. Pretty cool.

I got my email over the weekend for the free pin, generated from entering their Olympics sweepstakes. As I swung by the local o store, they were saying that Oakley is being far more organized and 'restrictive' on giving these pins out. Especially compared to the Vancouver olympics, where they just handed them out. They apparently have to enter the code from the emails, to track inventory and whatnot?

Yeah, I got an email and looked for my closest store. There wasn't one in the designated distance so they are sending me one. Actually seems easier than going to the store. Then again I wish I had a store close by.

They send that certificate to anyone in the world that registers, but only US O Stores and residents seem to be getting them. What a cocktease.
