"Looks to be" could be the key phrase there. While that certainly is a Square O on the stem, it looks to be some type of updated Twitch to me. Something just looks different. Could just be me, or the angle of the photo.

I agree the Twitch looks a little different. I think it's the earstem. It looks more straight as opposed to the jagged edge on the twitch, but maybe I'm just hoping for a new twitch, lol!
