Now come to mention it Steve, they're definitely understated in metallic Black: is there a blue hue to the black?

Sorry LEX, have you thought of seeing a specialist for this condition: have to? Nobody's putting a gun to your head my friend, so you believe it's more a compulsion.......'join the club'!!!!!!!!

Either way Paul, I'm now hooked.....I'm sure that in the not too distant future you'll 'come up trumps' with another vintage piece!

I think the thing you have to remember is that those aren't photos, they're representations of the final pieces and much like the Acid Frogs, the colour accracy is debateable.

Just read (from OakleyForum)the line-up for the Acid Tortoise Frogs consists of:

Acid Tortoise Blue w/ Blue Iridium
Acid Tortoise Green w/ Emerald Iridium
Acid Tortoise Pink w/ Ruby Iridium
Acid Tortoise Orange w/ Fire Iridium
Acid Tortoise Black w/ +Red Iridium

Looking Trippy to me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now the question is for how much?,,,will they be the ordinary pricing or will they use the fact that it's OCP to add thirty maybe forty dollars more....

Lew, they don't look bad at all. So now the question is, how long will the un-unobtanium gaskets last.......I guess only time will tell............

Eddie, the problem with the idea of sending a pic(s) of the Timebomb gaskets is when I did try to take off the one that was left on mine, it started to dissintigrate: got it off in five pieces. Damn, sorry bout that, but I think you'll have to get hold of one that's not been used! By the looks of things, they have to take the bracelet apart before installing the gaskets, with a pin that goes throgh an unobtanium block. This is just my assesment of how it goes together, DON'T take this as gospel.

Heh Eddie,I have a brand new set of upper and lower gaskets for a pair of Romeo 1s: If you can guarantee nothing will happen to them then you may use them. I had this idea myself, but didn't know how to 'action' it. Still want a set of gaskets for my Timebombs though.

So Rich, what did you think of the 3D: did it work well or was it just 'an afterthought'?
I'm tempted to go see all episodes but is it just another gimmick Lucas has 'conjured up'?
