Nik, that's a little upsetting that the bathrooms aren't Oakley-esque out at Foothill. The thought actually crossed my mind that other day and had me wondering; stainless steel toilets with vault style stalls.
I wouldn’t hold out to much hope for the Jigsaw if you were looking for sunglasses. The last time I talked to an Oakley rep, I was told that the Jigsaw was a prescription eyewear frame and not a line of sunglasses. Of course thing always change with Oakley.
And Iridium coated mirrors, & Unobtanium seat covers to keep you from slipping off (even when wet), & rolls of Maui Jim lens cleaners for toilet paper!
Plus it just seems disrespectful to do that to an Oakley designed piece. I think the designers should stick to the products. Besides, how do you think they would fell if the boss came in & said "Hey Joe. Quit workin on that watch & go design us a sh*tter!"
Tick...sometimes you have to sacrifice your body for the game....
There are also a couple of chairs in the room off to the right from the reception desk as you walk in that are very Oakley-esque - someone should get a picture when they go out....
actually Ed, thats the kind of thing im hoping for.
like a chunky O-metter frame that has puzzle piece etching on the frame to make it look like the glasses have been put together like a puzzle, im sure some photoshop genius can mock up what i mean.
Even though I wasn't following them all that closely, I thought the Bottlecaps were RX frames. Imagine my surprise when they showed up on oakley.com as sunglasses.
