Del, you have 646 points total and 146 on that level. Sounds more like level 2 to me. I think

Im pretty sure I put some in the system before the rollout. I am waiting on a few more from recent purchases that have been stuck in the system for a week now. I bumped up a few more levels with some recent purchases but still havent unlocked anything. - GRFMotorsports

I had some purchases from Black Friday suddenly appear in February, so I imagine they're playing some serious catchup.

Maybe I have not received credit yet? I will give it until this weekend and see what happens.

Since you actually start at level 0, this seems to be correct. You have a total of 646 points, but 500 of those were in level zero. You are 146 points into level 1. Hope this helps.

I am not sure I understand the system to be honest. It says that I am Level 1 with 146 points.....but underneath that it says that my total points is 646. I am not sure why there is a difference. I also do not see where I received credit for the 2 frames I purchased and registered last weekend. - Del518

You hit Level 1 when you made it to 500 points; now you have 146 points on your way to Level 2. 354 more points and you'll unlock Level 2...

I finally made it out to a real store, and the employee at the register did ask me if I wanted to join the loyalty program. When I said I was already signed up, they didn't see prepared for that, but took my e-mail, and the points were there the next day (Sun to Mon)

Congrats on the flag. Hope it shows up for you. My X Metal print never showed, and despite many calls, no one could give me an answer.

GRFMotor how many points do you have? I have not seen an offer like that. I would redeem all of my points for a Bubba Master's flag.

The flag has arrived.... Its the 2014 flag. Sig is huge compared to others I have seen, so it should be somewhat distinguishable from all the others floating around out there. Not sure my point total now but I think it popped up at level 20

Nice. Make sure you dig out those old receipts for all you're due.

GRFMotor... that's awesome. I got a thing to get a free set of flak lenses, it seems everyone has been given that. It's frustrating on my end loading up all these receipts and not getting much in return. Hopefully they are still in the planning stages. Or it could be one of those corporate projects that goes by the wayside. Who knows. I have a bunch of points that I would like to redeem for something unique. Let me know if anything else comes your way. Thanks.

I don't think points are redeemed like Chuck-e-cheese tickets, but rather just continually build upwards and they send you things as you reach milestones.

I believe it's purchase a custom flak 2.0 receive a second set of lenses free. Good in O-Stores only from what I have heard. (with the coupon from type-o of course). Not sure what level unlocks it, and I would guess that your profile/purchase history would need to indicate you live near a O-Store.

This is the email I received from Type-O on May 1:
Summer is just around the corner, so we’re hooking you up with a free* pair of replacement lenses when you purchase the new Flak 2.0 at your local Oakley Store! Custom options are also available!

You better hurry, though. You’ve only got until May 3, 2015 to take advantage of this exclusive Type O™ offer.

*(Free Oakley replacement lenses must be of equal or lesser value to the lens type selected in the Flak 2.0)

Please display this offer to the Oakley Store associate via your mobile phone or a printed out copy in order to redeem.

I just passed Level 7. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to take advantage of it :-(

I'm just sitting on the sidelines and observing the program at work. It's a great idea and about time Oakley started implementing something.

While kinks are being worked out, I wonder if the general Oakley buying public would rather have a simpler loyalty/rewards program? Buy xx amount of stuff and get yy discounts or money to apply to future purchases. Simple and easy to manage, plus it's an proven approach.

For those who've experienced the program firsthand, what are your thoughts on how it is now vs. the traditional rewards program?
