Searching for Oakley fan sites on Google. Looks like I found the right one.
I've been into the O since seeing Romeo in M:I-2 (2000). Since then, I've been obsessed with the brand and all of its offerings.
I'm currently enrolled in a manufacturing CAD course, and my dream job is to one day be creating the very glasses and products we love so much. That or a rock star.
EDIT: I'm now graduated from college with a 4.03 GPA. Not bad, eh?

I love these two new releases. Names are awful, but I like the look. I was so done with Half Jacket and M Frame copies, finally some nice retro lifestyle pieces.

Aside from the Oakley stuff, I've always been a huge Green Day fan, so I love picking up anything to do with them. I think my GD obsession outweighs my O one haha. And I guess guitars too, but I only have 3 of em. Just picked up a brand new Gretsch 5120 though :)

Looks like the web guy just used a cut and paste of Jawbone's description and forgot to do an edit when they used it on the Racing Jacket.

R**-B** has entered my radar as of late. Ever since Oakley joined "The Family", RB's quality shot up a thousand fold. I don't know if that's coincidence of if they're leveraging some of Oakley's patents (they have moved some of their eyewear to hydro/oleophobic lenses), but RB's been very impressive in 2009. Their Ultra, Tech and Craft series, while not exactly revolutionary, are some of the best things to come out of the eyewear industry in a while.
Totally agree. I find myself looking at their stuff more and more now. Wouldn't grabbing a pair of RayBan's soon.

Mike & Oak nailed it the best I think. I rarely see X Metals in the general public and I've seen an Emerald Juliet go untouched for months at the mall until they had to send it back since no one was buying it. I know a lot of people who hate X Metals and refuse to wear them cause of how they look.
Plus, they just aren't part of today's fashion trends or looks. I find myself even passing them over now in favor for a Crosshair or Eye Patch, where as ten years ago, that would be unheard of. Things change I guess. Hopefully with a relaunch coming next year, they can take the time to come up with a competitive fashion product.

Yeah, the Sq O makes sense since it is Lifestyle, but the design, names and pricing all point to Military. Ah well, not a big deal I guess. Weird that a Lifestyle boot is $70 more than a Military boot though.

Seems weird that those are under Lifestyle, when they clearly look more Military/Duty. Prices don't really line up with the Lifestyle collection either. Wonder how warm Flak Jacket is. Could use a new pair of winter boots.

Ford, the MK is tons of fun! I love it. Brings back good memories of the 90's.
And I can't wait to get MW3. Love those games, MW2 was one of the most intense games I've played, on Veteran of course. The other difficulties are no fun. That and for some reason Campaign > Multiplayer with every game for me.

Nope, just not doing it for me. Now slap that face into a polished GMT body and you got me.

My favorite will always be my Romeo and my other X Metals, but fashion wise, they just don't cut it. Not even close in fact. That and most of X Metals have colored Iridium lenses, which have become a thing of the past for me. I don't like to stray too far from Black Iridium, Titanium Iridium, VR28 Black & Grey. My current choices for most frequently worn have been a Polished Black/Grey Eye Patch and my Chrome/VR28 Black Crosshair. The Crosshair has quickly become my go to pair, usually without any second thought as to what to wear. In the past where I'd have to bring maybe 5 or 6 pairs on a trip, now I bring one. I love em.

I got a Radar XL, Matte White/Blue Iridium - and the lens is like OO Blue Ir/Ichiro Blue...and it has a grey base :s
Well, throw that theory out the window then lol.

Yeah, it's a weird one. The Juliet Blue Ir has the teal color in it & grey base, while the Ichiro OO Blue seems to be more blue & purple. The old Blue has the VR28 base right?
I thought the current Blue was very similar to the vintage Blue? Or am I off a bit on that?

You got it Freesh, from the old OO wire series, not the new OO Polarized. I find it a little strange that your Radar would have the old style Blue and your Frogskins woudl have the newer OO grey based ones. Maybe sport vs non sport? I don't have a perfect answer since Oakley never has really differentiated between the two over the years. They just say Blue Iridium and that's it. Guess that's where we come in.

The pieces that link the ear stems with the frames are now black and not green anymore.
Really? That makes me happy. I wish the icon and the joiner piece, whatever its called, were chrome. For some reason I can't stand colored icons and the like. I miss the days when you could easily get a Polished Black/Black Iridium frame with silver or chrome icons. I'm probably the only guy here who actually misses the period when almost every O released was black, grey or brown with non Iridium lenses. Ah well, I guess I'm a little strange lol.

Are they getting cheap on the FMJ stuff now? I never heard of this many failures in the past. I know people who still wear FMJ Twenties & Minutes with no problems whatsoever.
Also, limited edition anything now is ridiculous. Totally lost its meaning.

That Emerald Bomb is beautiful! I heard that they only made about 300 of them
Love that watch. One of the nicest watches I've ever seen.

Whoa, in an actual pic those look way different. The bag, case & coin are a nice touch, but the glasses themselves are, well, kinda ugly. They look really cheap and borderline fake. Nowhere near the execution of the 24K XX.
