In my recent trips to my local vault I have noticed the microbags freestanding behind the glasses. I did a little investigating and discovered the secret. So here is my addition of my first project.

I created a Prototype, similar to the ones that I have seen in the vaults. Will be doing a final one this weekend and will take pics along the way so anyone else that wants to make one can.

The prototype, came out ok but definately needed refining, will post pics of that as well as what not to do.

Sounds good. The microbag stands are a new addition. Saw them listed with their own SKU, so they're official.

Ok so I got a wild hair and did this tonight, took about 2 hours (stopping to take pics as I went along). Will write up a "how to" and post as well later this weekend. But here are the pics....

All in all, it turned out pretty dang good, not store quality but looks good and gets the job done, may still do a couple more finishing touches, but otherwise there it is. YAY!

Yeah, looks very good. Definitely gives a great outlet for showing some of the great microbags out there. Are we using some magnetic magic? ... or am I just getting myself confused here?

yes there are magnets, holes are drilled into both pieces of plexi and then magnets inserted and fastened.
