Q: Where can I report a seller on Ebay selling fake Oakleys? At least, there is a page on oakley.com website to report fakes. There template will help them better than an simple email.
A: Oakleytrademarkreview@cox.net Place 'Ebay Auction' in the subject line and place the Auction number in the main body of the e-mail.
Note: Custom set-up Penny!! Frame recently been tuned-up, BRAND NEW custom cut non-oakley lens installed!! THIS AWESOME LENS HAS THE EXOTIC LOOK OF OAKLEY'S ULTRA RARE RUBY CLEAR LENS WITH STRONGER INTENSITY. IT TOOK YEARS TO DEVELOP AND IS VERY DIFFICULT TO MANUFACTURE, SO THEY WILL BE AS RARE AS THE RUBY CLEAR. TRUE 8-BASE CURVE LENS (SAME AS ORIGINAL). A customXmetal product! At least in this auction, he gives credit where credit is due. It still doesn't make him a good person by any stretch of the imagination...
I'm not trying to defend the guy, but if you read the item description, you will find these wordsYes he does say that the lenses are a customxmetal product but he goes on to call them "custom cut" (they are actually off-the-shelf at $105 a pair) and "Ruby Clear" (they are actually h2o2 but he uses that word nowhere) and calls the item "100% Authentic Oakley" despite the lenses being 0% Oakley!
I'm amazed that a reputable company like Keystone corp want anything to do with slime like bmcapsReputable company ?!? Whooa, sorry there, but they make lens like the ones sold at convenience store for 10$ a pair...

I mean true it's a free-for-all on ebay, but good luck ever finding a good deal, since people like this have nothing else to do but troll around for low bids that they can turn around. Even if they don't win, they push up the minimum bid so the once good deal just becomes average. So true. I haven't checked lately but back when TO was going strong, Caps was bidding every auction up. Bidded on all of them and won none of them except a couple here and there. Trolling for good deals to flip. A few others do this, not against the law, but something I find parasitic (is that a word?)
