I was thinking the same thing on the Turbine. I think out of all the new Woodgrain models I'm leaning towards that one.

No problem Paul!

Didn't know if anyone saw this but you can now get Matte Green and Matte Bkack/Grey Camo "exclusively" on the OCP page online. Unfortunately, it's only available right now for the Frogz and Holbrooks though. - mlmguitar50

Matte black/grey camo custom is now available at Apex By Sunglasshut for flak 2.0, radar ev, half 2.0, Holbrook, silver, turbine and turbine rotor! As well as King camo 👍🏼

A couple new things hitting the SI site:

For those looking for the Mod helmets, it appears they are offered on the SI site now.

There is also a new Desolve digital camo print. Releases include the Gascan, Turbine and Turbine Rotor.

Mainlink and Straightlink were added to the OCE page and surprisingly they added Clear lenses!

Clear is going to slowly get added to all the Active frames.

Clear seems like an odd choice for a non-sport frame, but hey - if someone wants to use a straight or mainlink for safety glass or road wear or whatever else, I'm certainly all for it. As weird as it looks, the more Oakley the better :)

I really dug those Pearl/Ti Clear Monster Dogs Mike Metzger had on in the old OCE video and seeing as how Ti Clear is gone this might be as close as we get so hopefully they'll come out with some cool looking frames that clear will look good on like the Frogskins already.

For anyone who may have patiently been waiting - the SI site now has the Shocktube with H20 Deep.

Sneaky SI peeps - I'm pretty certain that was not up there during the 15% holiday sales.

Of course not, Kenny. Just give them another $160. They would charge you $70-80 for just the lenses anyhow, might as well just get another frame with what looks like a nifty icon.

Oakley SI just put up Speed Jacket replacement lenses:

http://m.oakleysi.com/h5/r/www.oakleysi.com/Root/Eyewear/New-Releases/SI-SPEED-JACKET-REPLACEMENT-LENSES/p/888392234698

That was fast, at least for the Speed Jacket. Too bad the Shocktube hasn't followed suit, but it is a step in the right direction. Here's hoping more are on their way.

That should be the start of the eventual Prizm takeover. The rest should follow R1 / R2 next year.

This may have been asked already, but will there still be non-Prizm options available, or is it going to be Prizm-or-nothing?

Might be some, but since the HDO patent lapsed, this is their way of having their own lenses be unique. The Sport lenses already moved over:

Persimmon > Prizm Trail
OO Red > Prizm Road
Shallow/Deep Water > Prizm Fresh/Salt Water
VR## > TR##
G30 > Prizm Golf

Lifestyle Lenses started with Prizm Daily which was the evolution of OO Grey. Prizm Daily is the lens name, but the base name will now be Prizm Universal. This will replace the standard grey on Black, Jade, Sapphire. Not sure what bronze will end up being for the non-iridium, Gold, and Fire.

We also saw Goggles do the same. Previously VR28 was used in lieu of grey, so Snow Black Iridium was Black Iridium + VR28. Now the base became Prizm Rose, and the Black, Torch, Sapphire, & Jade have that. Typically the goggles may not reference the Snow part, but glasses either in the Alpha (due to the goggle compatibility), Wind Jacket 2.0 (since it's filed with the goggles), and the Prizm Snow collection of white framed glasses, will all explicitly state that. Should play more of a role once things progress.

I just noticed that Shocktube replacement lenses are up on the SI Site:

http://m.oakleysi.com/h5/r/www.oakleysi.com/Root/Eyewear/New-Releases/SI-SHOCKTUBE-REPLACEMENT-LENSES/p/888392209016

They were buried all the way at the bottom which is how I missed them (oops!). Unfortunately, there is only the Grey & Black Iridium, the same two that briefly appeared on OpticsPlanet.com before they were pulled.
