I agree with Oak. The Departed is brilliant. I like Infernal Affairs, but I think The Deaparted may just be better. I think it’s going to feature heavily at the Oscars too

im beyond desperate for jackass 2, the first is one of my fave movies.
Departed was very good but not as good as the hype.

I can't wait to see Jackass 2 either. And Borat.

Check this out: GRINDHOUSE. The new movie from Quentin Tarnatino and Robert Rodriguez. They both directed their own films and so Grindhouse is those two films, completley in the same movie but separate from each other.

Grindhouse is a throwback to crappy b-movie matinees they would have gone to as kids. It's 2 movies and a ton of trailers for movies that don't yet exist separating the two.

I loved the Departed too. I'm a pretty big Mark Wahlburg fan, so that helps too.

Ford, I've been wanting to see that ever since I saw the preview... This weekend I'll either go see borat or prestige

Tried to go see Borat, but all shows were totally sold out since it only played in a couple theatres in the whole friggin' city. Went to see The Prestige instead. Good movie. Plot seemed a little forced and contrived, but it was very enjoyable. Definitely one to get when it comes out on DVD.

Lex, I saw Borat last night. That part was SO disgusting, but overall the movie was hilarious. I was dying at the end!

Now I need to go see the Prestige.

Went to Saw III. Great movie, and a worthy addition to the trilogy.

No, he's slated to be another villan. Check out the listing for Spider-Man 3 on IMDB if you want to know who.

Saw the Borat movie yesterday, pretty funny, very over the top but it still made sense. Sacha Baron Cohen did a good job at making it more like a mockumentary then a silly comedy.

He meets people while travelling trough America and their genuine reactions give a good glimpse at how diverse the people are, how they react and what they believe.

I give it a 8 on 10, cant believe the movie cost 18 millions and that they already made like 41 millions so far in 5 days !

Bought the new Transformers: The Movie DVD and Cars as well. After 20 years, the TF movie is still a classic. It'll remain one of my favourites and something I can watch a hundred times over. I can't say that for many movies. The Easter Eggs were a little disappointing, though.

Cars is an amazing movie. Hell, anything by Pixar is. I was pleasantly surprised. Futureshop here in Canada offers Steelbook cases for a lot of blockbuster new movies now, and I love them. Makes the movie feel more special because of the packaging.

Yesterday I got to go see the Prestige, and it was amazing. If you like this kind of movie (mystery/drama), then you have to go see this. I liked it even better than The Departed.

I think this has been the best year for movies since '99.
