Half of a sick Jawbreaker. Done in a custom blended Pacific Neon Blue with Ocean Blue Holographic ultra mini flake on her and the locks for the stems were done in Matte Retina Burn. Just wait for this one's completed video for the sparkle. Damn near the most clear I have dumped on a single frame too! 9 coats and 2 sessions\
