A bit excited for this one - one of the most interesting takes on a knife design that I’ve seen. Full size knife, utilizing carbon fiber absolutely anywhere possible. The blade is largely carbon fiber, with just a metal insert to make up the cutting edge. Insanely light, and shocking great action. From an individual maker (VC Edge).

Now, I have never heard of Dalstrong before and don’t know if their knives are quality, but the lineup looks so cool I had to pre-order at least the huge cleaver with the stand. The only true limited pieces in the line are the leather apron and bag.
