Hey Guys -

Here's a bit of a rare pice of Oakley history. I'm posting on behalf of our friend Todd Hayes from Oakley Sports Marketing.

Todd is selling the original Oakley War Wagon, one of the first Oakley sports marketing trucks. She's carried some of the world's most coveted athletes, as well the sports marketing team and their product at events throughout North America.

Description:

2001 Chevy pickup 2500 4 x 4

Updated with a new black paint job.

The WW has 140,000 miles on her but runs perfect.

Recently tuned up and the Oakley branded interior patch and all original Oakley stitching remains, this rig has it all.

Will ship to your front door on your dollar. Sale price $14,500

If you'd like more information, please reach out to Todd via email at ToddH@oakley.com

I noticed when at HQ the silver chevy WarWagon was still there as well.

Thanks for the letting everyone know Kit.

Lead Foot may be for sale as well...any interested parties?????

Make Me A Reasonable offer and may consider.

Have a few goodies to go with her as well,

1/16 Scale Scelzi Car to match, 2005 issue of Truckin Magazine, Episode 3 of overhaulin which has her in the back ground. Parachutes have been recovered and back panel repainted with new button head screws. Had her in a few shows...shes a trophy winner!!

She has 8k on the odometer. Located on the east coast!!

Damn, all these cool trucks for sale. Would love Lead Foot, but I doubt I'd be able to offer a fair amount for it. Will see if I can swing the silver War Wagon if it comes up for sale (fingers crossed).

EDIT: I asked Todd about the silver War Wagon...

My Message:
Is there any chance the grey one will be up for sale as well? It is this one:

Todd's response:
Same one but no front bumper anymore. Someone smashed it up This is the last one we did with Chevy

So the one Kit mentions above IS the silver War Wagon just with new black paint and no front bumper. Pretty cool. Thanks for sharing Kit and Oak.

Correct, this was originally the silver War Wagon, just a fresh coat of paint.

When I win the TEXAS Lotto on Saturday, I am going to buy this truck and have it shipped to Dann. This will allow him and his family to go for sushi in those brutal northeastern winters!

Thanks for the heads up.

Damn, that’s nice. 4 months ago (especially when I was searching for a new vehicle), I might have been all over it and would make an offer. I’m mostly out of the Oakley game these days so not in the market, but what a beauty. The new owner will be very lucky to have it in their collection (assuming it’s really for sale).
