My collection of Oakley trophy’s for various events I participated in during my career there. All of these were designed and made by one of our awesome modelers - James L. From the left... a Halloween trophy for best O Themed Costume. I’ll write another post for that at it involved and morphed into several stories throughout the years. Next is best decorated tree - we had a tree decorating contest every year, which unfortunately doesn’t exist any longer. I made our departments tree into a rocket ship - picture below. Next is a Movember trophy which I won that year for raising the most money. The next awesome piece was given to me during my going away party and modeled after something in the Engine Room. Say what???? Finally a different year Movember best stache winner. My kids asked me grow at cat tail... so I did and colored it a few times

Those are great. I'm whoever was second in line for 'staches was a distant second. I wonder what my wife would say if I tried that.

I wasn't sure where this is best placed, but I managed to succeed in resurrecting my Minute Machine clasp. A piece of round stock, hand filed and turned down on the button. Some dremel tooling and an hour or so later Viola!

Awsome trophies!

Congrats on the fix. Failures with the MM and HP clasps will continue to occur, so it’s good to see fixes for them.

Yea, that little "corner" is pretty darn small. I used grade 8 stock (bolt)

For those who have been in the hobby for a long time, it’s hard to find things that haven’t been seen before AND that makes you excited. However, Mr. Yee posted this solid 18k E Wire (10 made at JJ’s request, with #8 shown) below) that is indeed very exciting:

Absolutely stunning.

I was expecting the MSK3 in late November/early December but I guess the new year is a better release window. It should be a better fit for most people who don’t like the current lineup of Oakley masks.

Do these masks (or really any mask) have some anti-fogging feature? I've tried the ones with the little metal nose forming strips with little success; hydrophobic lenses only work as intended, not necessarily preventing fogging but merely clearing it up quickly. I haven't tried any higher-end Oakley or Under Armor mask. Any suggestions to this end?

Depends on how your face is structured, I suppose. I haven’t encountered any face mask that provides a complete seal such that breath doesn’t escape to fog up glasses. I don’t think anyone’s solved that issue yet since masks do tend to move when your jaw is moving, so it would be difficult to maintain a consistent seal. The Under Armour mask is a cool mask ; I prefer wearing them vs. Oakley’s masks, but I find that it does fog up more than using Oakley’s Fitted Lite Mask, which does provide a better seal across the face.

I use these wipes which work incredibly well to prevent fogging but is a hassle since you have to use them multiple times a day to maintain the anti-fog capabilities:

What classification are the new masks? Do they catch virus? Breathing filter?
Are they totally sealed? If not, it's just false safety...
