I don't follow G Shock closely, so I'm shocked there is enough of a demand for these, especially 35 of them.

I wouldn't say I'm a G-Shock fan but I do like them especially for the money. If you want some thing that will take some abuse and not have to really worry that you spent $1,000's or even $100's - depending obviously on which model you purchase. I've had my eye on the translucent/clear ones but never bought one. Looks like I missed the models that weren't translucent/clear and gold. Not sure I like the gold.

I need this! But with only 100 made and priced at $17,900, I don't think I will be able to find one. (or afford one. lol)

But thanks Oak for keeping me in mind!

Kinda old and expected news, but the Hamilton Ventura is the watch for Men in Black: International, as it has been since the beginning:

I saw the regular quartz and the automatic in the trailers, but I don’t remember seeing the Quartz chronograph.

I love Omega. I also love their newest announcement of the Planet Ocean Ultra Deep Professional. The prototype recently survived a record dive of 10,928 metres into the Mariana Trench on the outside of a vessel. It’ll be a brick of a wristwatch but does it ever look lovely:

https://www.omegawatches.com/en-us/planet-omega/ocean/worldsdeepestdive

It joins the Omega Ploprof as one of the more unique dive watches to come from the brand.

The new Omega Seamaster that’s coming out for the next James Bond movie No Time To Die has been revealed. Some will hate it, but I absolutely love it. Commercially pure Grade 2 Ti is used. There hasn’t been many mass production watches I’ve been excited about in a long time. I’ll be putting thought into buying this one. $8,100 to $9,200 depending which strap/bracelet you choose:

Agreed Oak, I saw that the other day and like it a lot myself. I really do like both bands but am leaning towards the Milanese mesh band. Although I won't be purchasing one I still will be admiring it from afar.

It represents new trend by watch manufacturers to give the watch a more vintage look by giving the lume a dark patina and sourcing the older straps from the 60s/70s. So you get a modern movement with the vintage look which really kind of neat.

From an investment standpoint it is probably better to stick with a Rolex - I’ve never lost money on one. In most cases my older Rolexes have double or tripled in value. I can’t say the same for my Omega Speednaster. It holds it own.

I really like the second one. Reminds me a bit of the Breitling Superocean Heritage II. A watch I'm about to purchase, btw...
