Pure275 -
Frame: Matte Black
Lens: Grey Polarized & Non-Polarized
The SI line of this model has been discontinued and is no longer available through Oakley...
Frame: Dark chrome
Lens: Grey
Same story with the minutes. The glasses themselves are great. The desing is 100% totally good old time oakley, and they really make a statement. But they were very small for me,even smaller that the minutes,so in the next day I exchanged them with another pair of my dearly beloved straight jackets!Anyway, they would have been good if I just kept them for the sake of the collection, but why not have a pair that I can wear it as well?Still I give them a five sculls because they remind me of those good old times.
Frame: Black
Lens: Black Iridium
I just got the SI frames. They're not the coolest or most stylish frames, but that's what I like, in this case. Very simple, light, and serve their purpose. I'm going to be using these at work and have them around as a backup pair. VERY simple and light which will be good if I have to run somewhere. Also, they fit well for a small head.
Frame: Rootbeer
Lens: Gold
Nice O-Matter frames, Gold Iridium accents the rootbeer well. A little small for my big dome, but snug enough not to fall off. Loaned them to a buddy and haven't seen'em since, lol. He loves'em more than I and I did owe him one. Probably better for people with smaller faces.
Frame: butterscotch
Lens: FIRE
Great pair of glasses. Super light and great eye coverage. I have never wore these and not gotten a compliment on the color/lens combo. I teach high school, and every kid who knows anything about oakleys wants to buy them off me! Can't go wrong with the fire on most anything!
Frame: Butterscotch
Lens: Fire
Evolution of the Fives resulted in the next-generation Frogskin: the Fives 2.0. With an even more trimmed, honed, and aerodynamic architecture than the originals, the glasses still held true to their forerunners by maintaining an overall simple design. The earstems also compared to those of the Fives, featuring numerous "indentations", almost resembling a "grate" effect. True metal icons help distinguish this pair from the originals, however, and the color combination of Butterscotch/Fire grabs attention from a quarter-mile away. Still, a simple pair of shades made of o-matter without unobtainium.
i have 5 , fives 2.0
crystal red, crystal black, polished black-ice , 2x butterscoth
nice to have and collect, fits alot of faces, can't go wrong.
nice improvement on the old five.
Frame: Black
Lens: Grey
Nice, a good pair for the money. Nothing flashy, I used them for baseball and got great use.
Frame: Black
Lens: Grey
Pretty comfortable and light to wear. Very good eye coverage as well. Design is a little plain for me so would be ideal for every day use.
Frame: Rootbeer
Lens: Gold
I had these for a day, but gave them away. Won them on ebay for $5, so I can't complain. They function perfectly as an everyday pair of glasses. They don't have a lot of coverage, but sometime sbig lenses just don't look good. A nice alternative to the New Frogskin.
Frame: Black
Lens: Black Iridium
Very nice pair indeed - comfortable fit, well built, looks good, very well priced, and suits most people. Definitely a good pair to begin an O-obsession with!
Frame: Matte Black
Lens: VR28 Polarized
I don't use these nearly as much as my other Oakleys. I love the lenses and think that is a great combination of the increased contrast of the VR28 combined with reduced reflections. They don't quite fit me right. Depending on how I place them on my face I can feel my eyelashes touch the lenses. Weird but the only pair of sunglasses I own that it happens with. Still a nice pair overall.
Frame: Tortoise / Rootbeer
Lens: Gold Iridium / Emerald Iridium
I love them. It took me a while to get the "oakley" on the nose-bridge gone, but without them they look much better (thats why I'm searching for a matte black/vr28 pol). And try to get rootbeer or tortoise with emerald lenses - it looks so awesome. It is funny that they cost more on ebay than in a store or a online store.

Frame: Crystal Red
Lens: VR28 Black
This is my first pair of Oakley sunglasses and I love them. They are awesome, and fit my face very well. I love the lenses, and the frames are very light. They are perfect for me, very versitile, but they did start an addiction...
Frame: Black
Lens: Grey Polarized
this is a nice and simple pair of glasses. I tend to like the reflectiveness of iridium lenses but the grey polarized lenses are nice. Nice price for them too.
Frame: Crystal Black
Lens: Black Iridium
Absolutely 5 stars. I wanted a pair of shades for running in the summer. These are cheap, light, durable, awesome looking. The crystal black frames are so sharp and they are ultra comfortable. They met and exceeded my expectations.
Frame: Butterscotch
Lens: Fire Iridium
Continuing the simple design from Fives, with some funkier colours. Still a great timeless glass, with nice subtle changes making it an improvement on the original. Fits very nicely.
Frame: Black
Lens: Black Iridium
My cousin absolutely loves these glasses. They're pretty much all he'll buy. Way nicer than the original Five, especially the metal icon.
Frame: Black
Lens: Grey
I agree...i like it a lot..very light and simple but cool design...the frame though touches my skin in the face and nose gap is wider which is not that ideal for asians but overall i still like it a lot... i prefer the old five though on how the "O" logo was made.
Frame: Crystal Red
Lens: VR28 Black
I was pleased with the first Fives for a short while but this pair is just that much nicer. The frame has been cut down to a slimmer form with a sharper edge around the lens orbitals. Very flexible/springy, incredibly light. I was glad to get this pair when I did. Oakley doesn't make that many styles in crystal red and the VR28 Black lens is terrific with a amber/bronze color. I love the silver "O" accent instead of gold.
