as far as my rep for atlantic canada told me, we will be getting the updated displays in a matter of months, definately before the new year.

Aug 27, 2006 3:10 AM
Yeah the design never made sense to me.... i have never tried it on, but it looks like you would have reduced range of movement on the hand you are wearing it on due to the big points.....

just a super wonky design i suppose...not my thing at all
Aug 26, 2006 1:03 AM
well i get stuff at 15% less than cost so there..... nah nah nah nah nah

seriously, is this a peeing contest?

with my 4gb nano i use a thin clear plastic peice that affixes to the front, it stops scratches but keeps the great design visible

May 26, 2006 3:42 PM
In person i dont find them anything like the twitch... and really they are quite different from the gascan...and quite small as well...not bad overall though...i want more color combos before i make my final decision, we ony recieved brown smoke at my store so far...

im at Spring Health Ltd. ... www.spring.ca

it is a wellness center i guess you could say.

i do a lot of their marketing management , but also getting heavily involved with the management of the Run & Trek, which is their retail area.

May 19, 2006 4:43 AM
Yeah I did. They said i could only do a small $1200 order... well i showed them and pushed it to $1310...then got it approved...then added 2 more spikes...because i wanted to.

I feel pretty good about it too! Can't wait to get everything in the store asap. Right knw we dont have oil drum, spike, crosshair, crosshair s, canteen, riddle, and only one gascan! and only one polarized frame! So i fixed that today. well... i didnt have room for much polarized, but i fixed most of it today!

Now the sales will start rolling in for sure...

I am not going to reserve a copy, I will be camping out in front of my local Futureshop and I will nab one the old fashion way. So damn excited.

Apr 14, 2006 1:42 AM
oooooh EXCITING :D
Apr 12, 2006 4:05 AM
Favorite: Gascan
Worst: minutes... so many people wear them, yet they fit so few...
Apr 12, 2006 3:46 AM
those people saying that all the new styles are very similar to one another should take a look at the older "o-matter size comparison" image. All the older styles (fives2.0, minute, unknown, twenty, jacket) have very similar themes.

it is not a new thing for oakley to have a "themed" line up. they have done the organic look and now they are doing the sharp edge style.

nice freesh...

yeah for where i am located, my sales were pretty high, ... the maritimes are pretty much the poorest area of canada haha
Apr 10, 2006 5:05 AM
if i am correst you are saying to tell people they look good no matter what... i have never had that philosophy as it has been my experience that it turns people off...

customers know if i am being honest, just as much as i know when a salesman is being honest with me... (well obviously not all of them) regardless, you will get a lot more sales and a lot happier customers if you are honest...bottom line.

nice job freesh

speaking of sales, what is everyones biggest ever single transaction O sale?

Mine was just over $1000 CAD

He bought polarized crosshair for his son, 24k XX Metals, and a case for each.

Honorable mentions go to polarized why 8.1 and polarized halfwires with 2 cases ($800CAD ish)

halfwire/crosshair/halfjacket combo

and riddle/juliet combo
Apr 10, 2006 1:50 AM
usually it is either my ti burnt copper vr28 crosshairs, or my grape/grey gascans....

or sometimes my brown/ti hatchets
Apr 9, 2006 10:13 PM
Just thought I would mention this, I really enjoyed those stats...
Apr 7, 2006 10:35 PM
the small monsterdog is the fatcat...
Apr 7, 2006 12:09 AM
have a look bong,

the cuff is extremely comfortable, and would block the wind quite well it seems. Sad thing is that the Medium I ordered is too big... it must be more of a true fit, than a slim fit... all the other things in my last purchase fit great.

that reminds me...check the classifieds... :P
