I got one of the retro O font shirts. I'm too poor to afford anything cool. I almost have more shirts than I do glasses at this point. :(

I am doing a speech for one of my classes about the advances of Oakley sunglasses and I'm looking to add a little visual flair. A while back a I remember seeing a picture of a biker who wiped out and his face was all torn up with intact Juliets lodged in his lip. Does anyone have that picture saved or know where it is?
I'm also in search of the link from the company that tested the optical clarity of a bunch of sunglasses. They compared how things lined up with glasses as opposed to the naked eye and Oakley obviously blew everyone else away. Does anyone remember the link?
Thanks for the help, I suck at searching. If you happen to have anything else that I could use toss it out. I figured doing a speech about Oakley would motivate me to get it started. :p
edit: Found the x metal lodged in the lip picture...

Do not go into your court date and plead guilty. You will be living in insurance rate hell. Ask around town and track down a good traffic ticket lawyer. He won't be able to make it go away, but he should be able to reduce the punishments you're looking at.
Also, do not just ignore this problem. These aren't the 1800's. It isn't that hard for a police officer in Maine to call down to the NJ station and tell them to haul your ass in. There are laws in in place to make sure you can't just skate free of charges you received in another state as long as you don't go back.

My girlfriend has a pair of Riddle's and they are pretty wide. So if you look at those just keep that i mind.
Why don't you just take her to a shop and have her try some on? You'll know what she really likes that way.

Yea, the arms really stand out. I can't recall the Gascans Ive seen, but it does look real odd.
The microbag seems genuine to me. Even the top stitches line up right.

Thanks for the advice so far. All I have are these pictures to go by and I've taken a good look at a pair of Gascans maybe once. Odds are they're fake, but he seems pretty confident they aren't. If he still has them this weekend I'll take a look.
Here is a front shot.

The microbag, papers and box are real so if the glasses are fake someone sure went through alot of hassle to make them look real.

A buddy is mine is selling these Gascans. He got them from a friend from a friend who works at O. Apparently, they were messed up and not sold at the retail level. He says small paint bubbles may be the reason, he isn't sure. I'm at school so I can't take a look at them so maybe some of you better at this than I can spot if they are fake. He says the box only has a UPC, not a frame and lenses designation. They don't seem to match any in the Catalogue...

Nothing too special since I'm just a broke college kid, but I got my Bottle Rocket 2.0's today. They're the fit pair of prescription glasses I've had in 6-7 years. I'm wearing them now anything seems a bit wonky. I've been wearing contacts every day since 9th grade so these are going to take some getting used to. I also got the finger-eating torpedo case too. I know sharks that don't bite has hard as that thing.
Sander, those Frogskins are incredible!

Some of the Juliets are listed under $300 in the catalogue (mainly plasma frames), but oakley.com still has them listed at $300. Did the prices drop and they just haven't updated the site?

Does the red Half Jacket frame match the red ear socks you can get through Oakley Custom? I might get a a red on red pair, but not if the reds are way off on their colors.

I got the box w/ medallion at SGH when I bought my Juliet's last year. No questions asked.
And since I'm posting anyway...I just picked up these XX's for $60. FMJ 5.56/Emerald Iridium. At that price I figured why the hell not. They look almost new.
