Hey Fellow Enthusiasts!

The clasp or mechanism for the Lock part of the Watch is beginning to fail. I wont give it more than ½ a year before it breaks Down totally.

Watches in Europe are not available for sale anymore, and all my Oakley contacts around Europe cant help me, so I would like to ask you Guys.

Anyone have a spare, or selling parts?

Thanks in advance.

Seems like a guy in my position cant afford it.

Thx though.

Interesting stuff I must say. Sweet detail on the watches.

Hey Guys!

It's been a few days since I had the time to stop buy this site, impressive new design I must say.

My question is "olympic-related" and I think it might have been up before: Gearbox watches, something about they have 3 different designs according to gold, silver and bronce right?

I cant seem to find any link describing the watches and good pivtures of them... anyone of you guys have any info regaring them?

Im just curious.

And of course they can not be bought I guess. :-)

peace out

Think I might try to change the battery, see if that helps, otherwise I will send it into Oakley.

Thanks.

Hey Guys!

I hope I can explain this in a matter you can understand.

Is my watch beginning to run low on battery? When I push the top button to eg. time something, the "dial" itself stand still, eventhough I can see it "tries" to move.

English is not my main language, so Im sorry I cant explain this better.

Have any of you guys encountered this "problem" before?

I know how to reset the dials, if thats necessary.

I was wondering...

The O-Store located in NY city, how many Frogskins do they have on sale?

I have seen a lot of stores in Europe who have "display only" Froggies (not for sale). This is not the case here in Copenhagen.

We have roughly 11-12 different Frogskins on sale, and when a customer come in and see eg. Blacklight Frogskins w. Pink Iridium lenses, and think they better like the 24K lenses from Shaun White Frosgskin instead, I just change the lenses and sell the glasses to the customer.

Is this something you guys have experienced? I just see this as "good customer service" if a customer want to buy a pair of Frogskins (or any other sunglass or goggle for that sake) and want another lens than the original.

Feel free to comment.

I would pretty much say Im around 4. :-)

Working with Oakley on a daily base gives a good insight on the products. Sometimes I still stumble across models I cant recognize; meaning im not a 5. :-)

If I am in doubt I normally ask Mr. Thombs himself, I would therefore rank him 5 of course.

Dont know if they are rare, but I know these are hard to get a hand on:

Todd Francis Eyepatch, with original case and bag.

Propaganda Hijinx, I lost one of the lenses on a trip to Egypt once, so I have put in new pair of Polarized Blk. Irid. Lenses.

Flying Tigers GasCan. I was hit by a rock when I wore the glasses in a car, and I put my head out the window, so the left lens is "scratched". So I put in a pair of engraved Emerald Irid. Lenses (custom program)

Ducati Sq. Wire. I was stupid enough to lend out this pair to a friend who was going on a vacation to the States, and all his baggage got stolen, including this beauty. :-(

Does Clear Lenses for Snow Goggles, Splice, A-Frame etc. protect against UV lights?

My brother is turning 30 in february, so I decided to buy him a Gearbox Stealth Black Edition, looks sweet in comparison to my Minute Machine.

Love the simple look and the "U-BOAT"-look, so to speak.

Hey Guys!

I just cleaned up in my shop and I stumpled across this beauty, mint condition, no case though, and only the lens.

I have no frame for this, so I was thinking if anyone needing this lens? Perhaps trade for something, lets see. :-)

If this thread is not ment to be here, feel free to close/delete it.

Thanks.

Yeah, I think the same. If there was such a thing as a "limited edition Oakley from Medal Of Honor" we guys here would have heard about it. And I have not heard such thing.

I was in Berlin this summer, and I went pass the O Store there.

I do also have some pictures from inside the store, but not sure I'm allowed to post them here.

Hey Guys!

I need some advice.

Does other than me had any problems with the frame around the nose (where the pins are) becomming to "loose"?

I have contacted Oakley 2 times now and they have "re-pin'ed" it. (dont know the excact word for it.) still I feel the frame is kinda "loose".

Have otehr ever stumbled across this problem?

Thanks.
