Other than Oakley merchandise, what else do you all collect or enjoy? Me, I have a rotating but constant interest in watches, comic books, DVDs, and a budding interest in swords.

Before I got interested in Oakley, I was big(and still am) into Star Wars. My collection is pretty big, around 3-4000 CAD. Not much of the really old stuff, but I don't really like the older stuff. I guess I'm the same with Oakley, I don't really care for the really old stuff.

So, I have to like everything just to be considered "much" of a fan then. I just don't like the look of everything pre-1997, not that I don't acknowledge that it exists because the newer stuff had to come from somewhere. I just can't see myself spending a lot of money I something I don't really like or won't use. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying the old stuff sucks or anything, just doesn't appeal to me, that's all.

I would certainly go for a pair of 0.2's were the chance to present itself. But apart from the occasional oddity I see the older stuff as being the roots of the new stuff I like. Each to their own.

To get back on topic another thing I collect is pens.

I have pens by rotring, porsche, cartier, montblanc, cross, parker, fischer (the titanium bullet pen is probably my favourite along with the porsche) and paper mate.

I collect anything having to do with Oakley's drag racing operation. I, like Factory Pilot, am a drag racing fanatic. I have all of Scotty Cannon's diecast cars, most of Gary Scelzi's, photos, posters, VIP Hospitality passes, postcards, etc.

Ahhh. At first I thought he emant razors. (No lex, nothing to do with blades) Bong, I need to refer you to the Flak from non fans thread. Anyway, your collection of headphones. Do they go right back to tin cans tied to your walkman with a piece of string.

ahhaaaaaa. Not so funny now the shoe is on the other foot huh;-)

Anyhoo, as a matter of fact Bong I am surrounded with Bics. All of them red. My girlfriend is a teacher and she teaches stupid kids. (no need for anything other than red) I tried to buy her a nice cross pen for marking but she told me not to as the little b#sterds would just steal it.
