You guys are aware that this is Chip Foose, not Pimp My Ride, right? lol

Seriously though, to counter all this chatter about it being subdued, that's Chip. He's not all bling bling - he lets the car take center stage and that seems to be the idea with the Gascan as well. And, this pair is designed off an actual car he designed...

They're listing the Foose as part of the Artist Series. IMO, I wouldn't consider it part of that lineup. While yes, Foose is an artist in his own right, I only consider an eyewear to be part of the Artist Series if it's uses the Pad Print process.

I really like this colorway. Looks very cool with this aluminum outside, and the signed lens is also a cool toutch! Would be nice to get one...

I was told yesterday by an employee of the rolling O there was an issue with the Foose Gascan not appearing right or something along those lines, and they pushed release back until the end of the month, which the lobby store also said they won't be released until then too. Wonder what's up?

Like P-32 in the inside of the glasses?

Chip's masterpiece Hot Rod Lincoln was dubbed the “P-32 Street Fighter,” so we screen printed “P-32” along with “FOOSE” inside the stem. The aluminum of the P-32 inspired frame finish, and the icons combine the military olive color of the hot rod's interior with the orange of the Foose Design® logo.
