It doesn't appear to be, but that picture is terrible.
The colorway isn't on the database and there is no difference in the bottom and top of the frame, usually the splice frames have a huge contrast top to bottom.
like marcel said, looks like a black with a gold iridium but until u take a better pic, we wont be able to give u a straight answer. If u bought it in asia then theres a good chance it is a fake :-)
Fake. There are no orbital gaskets, and no space between the flex couplers and the orbitals. Those are not Emerald Iridium lenses either...I wouldn't but any of his stuff if I were in your shoes.
Really? I would have erred on the side that it is real. I don't know how you would see the orbital intake ports from that angle anyway (but you -can- see the orbital gap in the picture), and the flex coupler looks normal to me.
Nonetheless, given the other stuff and the shady pic, it's still dicey.
ATTENTION DANNY: THE GUY ADMITS HE SELLS FAKES!!!!
I agree with EC, that Juliet does appear real. Question is, do you really want to hand over your hard earned money to a guy who deals in fakes? That pair of Juliets is readily available everywhere you look. The dude is desecrating the O by admittedly selling fake Splices, so buying from him is tantamount to giving the middle finger to Oakley in my EXPERT opinion! Drop this guy from your search and move on and deal with a legit seller. Let's not keep this thread going on and on.....
That degenerate isn't the only one selling fake Splice on eBay. Check out item # 250142124562. I e-mailed the seller telling him they were fake & received a belligerent reply that they were not, along with additional e-mails stating that he was told "by Oakley" that they were real. Yeah, right.
