The O stock images on these two frame colors don't lie. Shows them pretty much as they are.

Hello everyone, Great job on the photoshop. Very impressed would love to have this crew at my round table when VUTT releases its original premium line in the future you guys would be awesome. Anyway back to business at hand. Bill, Gary and myself are painstakingly trying to put together a sick glass for you dedicated O junkies. I have sent the photoshop images to OAKLEY and I must say very impressive. Bill and myself have sent several suggestions to O and will probably be closer to an answer next week. I will not be happy with an OCE. I know some big dogs at O and even they have hands tied with this program so we are trying to build something that is available but not offered. Trying to keep price at a feasible amount. Is O-Review Trademarked? If so who owns it. You have asked why isn't O-Review on the glass, that is a trademark issue. I own VUTT and all rights to it so it is simple for me to authorize O to put on glasses, they have my permission to duplicate such TM but O-review? So for now VUTT will be the easiest and fastest way to satisfy your hunger for an exclusive Limited edition glass. Also 1 per member I will control that. But anyone can join so I think the member should be at least a member for 3 months or something like that so they don't wind up on Ebay. 75 is the magic number if you can get enough members to buy them that will be less for me to sell in my store. Hell I can care less about selling any of them I want some for my employees and myself the rest can all go to your crew. So get Email Bill and get on the list what ever it is it will be unique that is what we stand for VUTT V ery U nique T o T rendy -- get it? Will keep you posted.
PS we got belts in :)

I cant see the pic and who is nicole?
Belts, what kind of belts?

BTW-THANKS but hopefully some other sort of "safe guard" other than the 3 month rule, I have 2.7mths but if you see my collection I buy for myself, period. I just buy no selling other than the once in a while trade here. My ebay user history shows this too.

I was there today. They have Steel Belts in Sheet Metal and Black and HDO Belts in Tan and Black (most sizes for both). They also have one small black Skull Belt left for all you small wasted peeps. In the past few weeks, they've gotten a ton of new apparel in, and a decent amount of the newer bags *kitchen sink sold out like grease lightning :(

They ship and take credit cards over the phone if you ever want to call and see if they have something.

But getting back on track, we sat down and hammered out concrete possibilities the other day one or few of which we hope will be approved for production, and e-mailed Pauls contact at HQ. Once we hear back from him, we'll put the options in a poll for you guys.

I would say collection size as verified by actual pix in the coll. section. Say 10+ X Metals, or 3 + Metal Watches (timebomb, judge, gmt, you get the pic), or 20+ O Matter..That is a collector, not a scalper. It shows love, pride, and most of all, investment...But who knows, maybe I am a bit high on the figs

Yeah, dont worry, I know the true O-Reviewers from the posers. I'll help Paul weed through them. We shouldnt have too many issues.

Very good news, indeed. But the problem on who gets these glasses is a very difficult situation. I agree with having a predetermined number of glasses/watches/accessories. But what about those that just 'acquired the O-disease' that just fell short on the requirement? I don't know, this is going to be very hard for the mods or whoever decides on this. I just want one. Is that very selfish of me? hehe.

Maybe if we could track each and every O-R/VUTT pair, say by their serial number that comes with the box, the reselling would be avoided. But it's easy to get around that if someone decided to sell it on E-bay, just don't give the s/n. (Getting way over ahead of ourselves, I know.)

I don't know. I'm sure you guys will figure it out.

yeah we will work out the details, just dont want this glass that will be sick nasty to go on ebay we want it to be just for u guys on here, im sure if we get over 75 requests for the glass we will make more but we just want this to be exclusive for all of the o-reviewers

Damn Josh, I'd like to think of myself as a pretty big collector and oakley-lover, but those standards are pretty high. I'm only 20 and have 12 pairs all bought with money I earned...which I like to think is pretty impressive. Those standards are a bit high.

Maybe we can just sign an online agreement not to resell these or whatever.

How many people have signed up for these anyway?

I hear ya, but if they are trying to protect themselves from the vultures who have preyed on members here, they have to have a standard and set the bar. It is totally up to them, and by no means was my idea a bar that is set, just a suggestion.

Yeah, size of a collection isn't always the best way to determine if someone is "worthy" (if there is such a thing). I know a few dudes outside this community with huge collections, but their love and respect for Oakley is about as deep as a rain puddle.

I think they should be available to any member of the Review. I can only imagine the problems if we start trying to screen people. If you are an active enough member to know about this opportunity, I think we have to assume you are a deserving recipient.

I think Iggy's question is a more pressing one. How many orders do we have? And, how many more do we need?

Yeah, I'm not really down with the collection size thing either.

Apart from anything else, what's to stop you going into a store and taking pictures of, say, 16 X-metals?

There will definately be more criteria than just collection size. Things like posts and reviews will most definatly be a factor. Right now we have around 45 O-Reviewers and Paul wanted at least 10 for his store employees, so we arent far from 75.

Nope, it IS important to hit that mark because its the number set by HQ in order to have the logo etching. So if we got 20 or so more members to chime in, I'm sure Paul would be comfortable with keeping 5 or 6 extras at the store.

Yeah its not gonna be some crazy feat to get a pair and people are gonna do what they want regardless of the rules we put in place. So everyone that wants one here will most likely get it unless there are known money hungry ebayers on the list. I dont want this to create any animosity whatsoever guys.
