The "usual" price of a pair of Juliets in Japan is around 40 - 42,000 Yen, so yeah, these are being sold for about $50 above normal retail prices. Then again, I pay $10 for a shake at my favorite restaurant here so it's all relative.

It's up at Kineidou:

Stuff is expensive in Japan. I remember me and my brother scouring the supermarket for marked down sushi, the kind that expires the next day. Yes, we are that sad.

EDIT: Hey, where did my link go?

Wow, does that means these are selling for about $421.00 US?

That's about the price of the Ruby Juliets retail! That not too bad considering they have 2 serial numbers.

Rare? McDonald's doesn't even serve them unless it's summer!

Screw milkshakes, check out what I just picked up. #68 of 1000 (not too bad!)

I managed to hunt down 4 of these today. Let me tell you it wasn't exactly easy since 1000 of them have been spread over a country of 135,000,000 people. I'm taking one obviously, two are already going to good homes, and the last one is up for auction on the 'bay.

Not exactly the most exciting color combo out there, but definitely worth the effort nonetheless since they'll be gone soon.

Thanks for all the PM's everyone, but it is becoming a bit overwhelming and I hate saying "No" to people. If I am able to help members other than those I already have I will let you know, but for now I need to turn my attention to other pressing issues (eating, sleeping, breathing, you know - that stuff)

Well done Rick, it's good to see you managed to get some!

I'm insanely jealous now! Don't think I've got any show of seeing some anytime soon.

I'm getting there! I have to admit the thrill of getting a new Juliet just isn't what it used to be. I used to wear them and play with them, now they just come home and go on a hook. I think I might be spoiled.
