I usually take a case with me, it all depends on the situation. Sometimes a metal vault but it's usually the soft vault. I love the metal vaults but the soft vaults are a bit more convenient and less damaging. The "torpedo" vaults are a great compromise though. But when I'm inside the O's usually go on top of the cap, around the back of the neck or front. Sometimes on top of my head but I've had some bad experiences doing that so I try to avoid it.

I usually put them in the microbag then in the case.

If I'm out they're either on, or draped around my neck like a necklace. If they don't clamp on my neck then my shirt collar assuming it's not a t-shirt or chest pocket if button down shirt or jacket. I do carry a microbag with me but only store them in it when I may not be wearing them for some time and then in a cargo pocket if avail. Cases only for travel.

hum... thats tough I either am still wearing them when I am indoors, or I put them in the microbag then into my soft vault. but im im being lazy I put them at the top of my purse (though if I do that boyfriend gives me funny looks). I usually wear them especially if im going into an O-Store

If I need to stay outside, I definitely place my sunglasses on top of my head.
But when I stay indoors, I fold them and put back into my case.

they never work on top of my head or on my forehead. they just end up falling down back to my nose, or even worse... fall on the ground. i just take them off and hold onto them indoors until i put them on when i step out again.

Has anyone seen the base ball caps with two holes in the sides for sunglasses? I have only seen them on a show 2-3 years ago, but their design won some major amateur inventors competition.

I wish Oakley would license their design and make some caps like that.
After all it only makes sense that a sunglass maker would make a cap that would hold sunglasses

that's one of my biggest complaints about the new Five 3.0
It's the only Oakley frame I've ever had a problem with fitting on a hat. It always slides off. No Other frame I've used does that.

When my Oakley is not in use...

they are stored in my own DIY metal vault briefcase. Super tough and one swipe is enough to maim any ill-intended individuals.

They are not perfect though but I feel they're better than the Oakley metal vault. I just need to find a piece of metal and engrave the X metal logo before rivetting the damn thing on the sides of the case. Anyone has a ready jpeg file for the X metal Logo???

welcome to the O-Review strake!
nice case you've got there, your Oakleys sure look safe in it. just a quick suggestion but a quick way to Oakley-fy your case is put a metal icon sticker on it.
