I've given up hope on a Michigan store opening any time soon. That may be ok, since having money in the bank is a good thing.

There's one coming in Wrentham, MA. I'm guessing as part of the outlets there.

The manager of the SoHo O-Store had told me their store was just a launching pad for a slew of NYC area stores. I'm sure we'll see another sooner or later.

One good way to see where new stores are coming is to look at the job postings on oakley.com. A few months before the stores open, they start postings for retail managers and sales associates. Look at the location field in the entry.

OK...I've had enough...who do I have to kill to get an O-Store in the Philly area.

I look at the store locater map and I get sick thinking of some of the cities that have stores. I'll refrain from naming any to avoid offending anybody.

Phil - I had the manager of the Chicago vault tell me that exact same thing. She said that Oakley is looking to expand in the markets that they are already in. She also said there are going to be two new Oakley stores this year in the Chicago area.

Steve, I was told by our area rep that O is working on a Philly area store. Possibly KoP.

If anyone wants to be a store manager or work sales, check the Oakley job site. If Estero were within 40 miles I'd be all over it.

King of Prussia would be cool Phil and probably the closest one to Pittsburgh also.

I don't see why Pittsburgh shouldn't have one either. It's a large area and accessable from eastern Ohio buyers. At least KoP is a straight shot on the Turnpike. One day Dan. You'll have to let me know what that open air market The Strip is like and waht OPDs are around and maybe I can make a summer day trip out of it.

Phil I totally agree. I think Pittsburgh would be a great place for one. Like you said it's not hard to get to. Plus it's a great sports town. From football, baseball, hockey to even our marathon.

It would great to have you stop on by the 'Burgh Phil. I'd love to show you around.

If KoP gets one I'll have to definitely make a trip out your way!!

The Church Brew Works is a really good place to eat and if you're into drinking, they brew there own beer right there on the spot practically. I've been there quite a few times. The pizza there is awesome.

The Strip is cool, some of the places have changed but it's still basically the same as before. From restaurants and clubs to shopping and museums. It's a pretty diverse area.

bong and the 'Burgh...sounds like a perfect match!!

If only they'd bring one to Peoria...then they could compete with Maui Jim

Who am I kidding, it'll never happen

Does Maui have a store out there? I know their US HQ is nearby, right?

Dan, Bong, we'll def have to set up some dates then. Bong, you may have to hitch a ride (car, bus) down here and we can head out.
