I found that coffee table book uploader in the member's page yesterday. And now noticed how much you guys have been discussing it. Shame on me.

If I can help you guys with anything, let me in.

i'd imagine a lot of what's been happening in the forum can be incorporated into the coffeetable book, like Lee and Phil's Zero article for example. but it's probably totally up to them.

there were some volunteers wanting to write a few articles on the Juliet, weren't there?

i check the upload content every now and then, and there's some more photos i want to upload and/or reshoot as well.

We need content and written pieces. Phil and Lee have kicked things off, but we need stuff on almost anything else. The coffee-table sub-site accepts word and pdf files, so you can upload those.

What happened to this. Everyone (including myself) seemed to take their eye of it. Has it simply lost all momentum or did something happen while I was away?

We got lazy and lacked time, but I was thinking about this project a little while ago, glad you brought it back.

Well, I did find an easy way to get the books made. It would be a print to order sort of thing, so they would only make and ship them if someone wanted it. No overhead.

I did start drafting up some pages, but it will need a lot more work, and I'm pretty much busy all the time.

Here's one I made for my bug photography

Let me know if anyone is still interested in helping. We'd need writeups of the glasses and anything else of interest. Photos not so much since they are abundant.

You are definitely a man of many talents. I'd like to help on an Oakley book, but I am finding North American television way too distracting. I had much more spare time when I was forced to watch 2 or 3 terrible English channels in Japan. I really hope something like this comes to fruition though.

Was there a structure for work distribution in place or are we just doing this freestyle?

I had a system that would collect stuff for each chapter, but it doesn't seem to still be around. Maybe I can find it on the old server.
