I'm with you, Dustin. I just bought my first pair of Montes a little less than two weeks ago. Stretchline pair, too. And I absolutely love it. Dawn got herself a pair, too. Steep and Cheap, Tortise Green Square O for about $32. What a steal.

I picked up the Will Barris at the Co-Pilot event, I had never really considered the frame i think trying it on only once. But I decided to wear the Barris out the other day, and found the look and feel very surprising... so much so that I'll be keeping an eye out for a stretchline pair to add to the collection myself.

I grabbed the Polished Black Titanium Whiskers yesterday for a small road trip and I quickly remembered just why I got those in the first place. They are so light that I could wear them for two days of driving without the slightest discomfort. And that's exactly what I did.

Whiskers are awesome Bob - you really gotta try the Black OO Polarized Plaintiffs. Light frame and maybe the best lens O has ever produced so far.

These Nik? I agree with you and I was all over them when I got the chance, but I think they look way better when they're not on my noggin. I just can't pull them off like I wanted to.

Today I was wearing some Acid Blue Frogs with a brand new pair of custom cut Oakley Violet lenses. While one of my buddy's said, "oh but it looks good on you," I love them!

ok i assume its not a true oakley lens then, but just cut to fit in the frame. That is sick though! The only thing that might fit in that has that color is something like an eyepatch or dispatch.

As I walked into my office today I slipped on my Leather Mars and said "Hi Monica" to my office mate. She erupted into fits of laughter.

(Yesterday I had explained to her the X Metal line up and how the pair worn for a second in Fight Club were designed by Michael Jordan and were 'unique' in their design.)

The cool thing is I get to look at my pair of Leather Mars all day today sitting on my computer.

Haha, she rolls her eyes a lot...I put on the Leather Mars the other night and she said 'what are those, get them off'.

Luckily the fandom has died down a bit...I think like a lot of us here. I've just got a core X Metal collection now which I love for display purposes, but don't wear them out anymore.

I think if I was full on into it she would be supportive, but think I was weird.
