Greetings from Adelaide, Australia.

Did a search under "lightest", but couldn't find anything.

Does anyone know what the lightest pairs of Oakleys are (including earsocks/nosepieces) and with proof?

I suspect one of the subzero range, but I'm not sure.

That's a tough one. But I might say the 0.1... no proof thoughts I don't have all the Oakleys models that have ever been made. But by logical reasoning the 0.1 must be the one.

The smallest lenses and relatively thin earstems. I know they are lighter than many titanium models, for example the ti. whisker. I can weigh some 0.1's though, so a comparison could be made.

I did a few weights in my Sliver F video (we also had weights in the old wiki, but that's not accessible now)

Ah yes, the thread is super light. The stems are so "bendy" I think hear were originally RX but was later fitted with grey or bronze lens and sold as DE singlasses at the vault stores

what about the nanowires? I only have the 3.0 which would be the heaviest but I bet the 1.0 weighed nothing!

That's correct. The early stages of MPH before it had a name.

Just weighed the 0.1 and nanowire 1.0 and both are just 18 grammes.
So that's not too heavy, but no winner here. Maybe they are the lightest, but then we need to see some more weighings;)

Any way to do an alphabetical listing where we can just add info?

By the way, thanks a lot Dave! (and others who contributed weights)!!

I need to do some database tweaking. I have things like hinge and frame material listed on the colorways, but some should probably be moved to the model entry, while others should turn into tags. I can get these weights added as another field, and then maybe have a place where they're listed.

I know this is for the lightest weights, but if you're interested X-Metals were weighed on OF. You have XS and Juliet. Juliet weight differs though.

Thanks for the link!
I'll add the weights to the above list so everything's in one place.

As for the Juliets, it's complicated!; There seems to be a great variation in weights dependant on model, vintage, and accessories. I just did my single, solitary Juliet again, and this is the result:

A thread with weights of the variants is linked here from the "other" source.
