So we stop into the newest Vault in Phoenix to get some of the crazy Black Friday deals. My son was making a few purchases too. So we go to check out separately and one of the gents behind the counter said...wait...let me combine your sales so that you get more of the bounce back credits. After he explained, I thanked him profusely. He said that he had seen me on O-Review and he always tries to take good care of the faithful.

O-Review keeps paying and paying and paying...

Posted this a while back, but since it has relevance to the thread:

Tony (tonelam21) was selling a thumbprint icon keychain on eBay a while back. I e-mailed him to ask how much he would take for it via direct payment. Instead of making an offer, however, Tony sent the keychain for FREE... just because he and I were o-review members.

Thanks again, Tony. And thanks, Dann, for creating this site.

There's actually a number of O Store employees on the OR, but many don't post. I've met a number of them, and they're very helpful and knowledgeable. Great representatives of the brand. If they know you're in the OR, they'll certainly work to take care of you like family.

Most O Stores I go to either have heard of it, or use it. Same goes for corporate customer service.

I usually keep quiet, but my wife tends to tip them off. Then my daughter will just shout. "He's the O-Review man you know!"

For years now, I've been telling anyone who will listen that I am Dann from the O-Review. They usually respond with something along the lines of "Man, are you even hotter in person" or "You know Rick? What's that like?". Obviously, it can become a little awkward for me.

At least it's the best possible representation. It's like Jen & Barry from City Slickers.

This is quite old, but I finally re-found it. Way back when, Circuit City was the official retailer for the thump. Prior to launch, they had a vinyl drape wrapped around the display cases. Eddyc was nice enough to snag one, and send it my way. One of the first member gifts here.
