I bought one to protect my Titanium Pewter/Titanium Iridium Square Wire 2.0 SH's, and it certainly does the trick. However, I soon realized that it's a bit impractical to carry around, leading me to wish I had bought a Soft Vault instead. I do like the design though, as well as the soft inner-lining. Also, I appreciate how the small bumps all around the case help to keep it from rolling around. Overall, a well designed case that I use only at home to store my delicate Sq Wires when I'm not wearing them. One last thing, mine has a pretty terrible smell inside of it. I don't know if this is a common occurrence, but it was like that from the day that I got it.
Nice in principle, but a couple of problems. The Oakley site says this case fits Whiskers, but mine won't fit unless the glasses are angled with the lenses facing up, and then the case clamps down and compresses the frame slightly. Doesn't feel great, especially with pricey Rx lenses, so on to ebay it goes! I'd keep it for my 1st gen e-wires, but I noticed that when the case is closed part of the metal is exposed where the felt doesn't meet at the join. This feels perilously close to the lenses so my E's will remain in residence in my 1995 square metal vault! (It could use foam inserts too to stop frames flapping about inside.)
For the same price as a Soft Vault, it's either an aesthetics or purpose-driven choice to get one of these. I have one for each of my "vintage" pairs, so I'll never grab one of them by mistake. Great for display or protection, not very handy for use.
Really nice case for shades that is definitely Oakley. I like mine a lot.
had one gave it to my cousin and he now loves it. I wouldnt put x metals in it though. just for O matters
A very good case to protect you sunglasses, but it would be better. The inside is not very well protected and the sunglasses can be a bit loose.

If you go traveling with these, carry them in your hands as you pass through the airport checkin. If they are in your luggage the customs officer will stop you and do a cavity search because their x-ray turned up an unidentifiable high-density metal object. They will tear open your luggage, air out your underwear, loose your socks, and finally realize they have made a fool of themselves because your sense of style is decades ahead of their x-ray machine. At this point airport security will confiscate your Vault along with your glasses because THEY want it too.
This is a really nice case. It can fit really well in your bag unlike the X-metal vault. I use this for work.
Wonderfully perfect for all the small eyewear out there. A great fit for all the styles that find the regualar vaults too roomy. If it fits, get it.

The case itself looks great, but I don't feel 100% about it. It is supposed to fit the Monster Dog, but it's a very tight fit and they have to be placed in lenses straight down (or up). It would be awkward if the case was any bigger. It feels like the spring/hinge mechanism could be tighter to keep the case more securely closed. There is a slight gap on mine. The Icon on top, it feels like plastic. I am sure it will keep them safe and protected despite those small short comings.

Got mine free with RX Chop Top. Very nice. Wish they made a more compact metal Vault. A bit hard to open and close.

This is a great case for any of the Wire family and other smaller glasses. It is strong, lightweight, felt-lined, and has a nice raised icon on top. The Oakley web site says this case can be used for Mag Four S, but I tried and it does not fit. I also have a version of this Vault with a embossed icon that typically comes with Oakley's newer RX frames (sometimes called the RX Torpedo Case).
