Awesome piece, just got one recently and I didn't know they were so heavy. I'm very pleased with it consider what I had to do to get it! Anyone else think that the new Indiana Jones used a bob head as the crystal skull?

Searched for YEARS for one of these and finally stumbled upon one on accident at all places...a bicycle shop. They had been an O dealer for years and even though the Bob Head was missing the bottom plastic insert and stand, it has become one of my most treasured items in my collection. If anyone has an extra base, please give me a shout! This thing is beautiful and surprisingly heavy. It also is a work of art in its own right. I truly miss the days of Oakley when cool stuff like this was the norm.... oh well. The Bob Head also has the extended skull that doubles as a place to display 3-4 pairs of glasses. The cutouts for the ear stems will accept most of the glasses Oakley has made over the years. This item is a must have if you have been infected with the "O" collecting virus.

Just got mine this morning and i can honestly say that the waiting and searching for a few years has been worth it.

Truely iconic piece of craftmanship.

Now to see where i put it....

Very cool Oakley Bob head. I guess I got lucky because once I decided I wanted one, only too me a short amount of time to find one at a very reasonable price.

The seller also have two of the ceramic Bob head for sale too so I'm still considering to buy those also. hmmm. What do you guys think about the ceramic Bob head?

Bar none, the coolest part of my collection!! It took me years to finally lay my hands on one of these, and the wait was worth it!!

These just scream Oakley and, if you own one, solidify your status as a true Oakley collector. Unfortunately, I've yet to have been able to acquire one since they're so hard to find and if you're lucky enough to do so, are usually very expensive. When I have had the money to get one, I've always reasoned that I'd rather spend it on something Oakley that I could actually use or wear, but pretty soon I'm going to have to bite the bullet and get me one of these bad boys...I better start saving now.

This is my favorite Bob head....everyone and I mean everyone asks, "what is that?"......followed by, "How do I get one?"...LOL
TERRORISM -
"Out-of-this-world" and "Simply unreal" are the first two phrases that come to mind when trying to find the words to describe this collector's piece. Made from clear acrylic and appearing to have decended from the heavens, this display commands attention and receives more questions than any other. People always ask "What is it?!"

No one knows for sure, but one thing is certain: it is Oakley...

If you have the space, this is a really cool display item. I like it much more than the Shadow Head, which is cool enough, but this thing just typifies that Oakley robotic futuristic George Jetson Flava in ya Ear kind of thing. Ya dig?

One of the best displays out there. they appear to be made out of glass but it's just acrylic. I hunt this down in a recent trip and was lucky enough to score 2 of 3. One by pure accident. I wanted a 3rd one but this other guy just wouldn't sell it.

I gotta say it took me over 4 years to finally get one of these. It is truly the pinnacle of my collection so far - just so cool!
