I called the big O house last night to see about sending in a pair of straight jackets that are having problems keeping the left lense in. The girl who I talked to was totally hip. I mentioned o-review and she said that her and all of her co-workers keep track of what goes on here. I thought that was cool. Anywho kudos again to Oakly for some fantastic customer service.

I just talked to an Oakley rep on the phone (called their sales line) and he said that Oakley is planning to re-launch the ruby clear lens in the near future but he couldnt tell me which models it will be offered in. Anyone else have any info on this?

But the Tortoise were so pimp with the Gold icon I just had to have them. They'll be here Friday and I can't wait. hmmmm hmmmm hmmmm. Nope not here yet. hmmmm. hmmmmm. hmmmmmm. I whish there was same hour shipping. Ahhhhhhh nothing like a new pair of Oakleys to make one smile.

I wonder if this is going to be a growing trend in oakleys now. First they had the custom M frames now the custom half jackets. (my favorite is the pearl with ice iridum) http://oakley.com/bto/half_jacket/

Ahhh could you imagine custom splice. muahhhahahahaha the variety would be infinate!!!

I've been in two car recks in my life and both times I had on my xx's with fire iridium lenses. Also, both times I could have sworn I never saw the other car comming even though I looked. Also, the cars I pulled out in front of were white and yellow. Putting two and two together I have noticed that when looking through fire iridum I have trouble seeing objects that are shades of white or yellow. Is it just me or does everyone have this type of trouble with these lenses?

And as a bonus the place I found them offers a %20 discount on all Oakley sunglasses. I was shocked. I asked to see them and the lady said "O.K. and you know we offer a discount on those so tell me which ones and I'll get you the price." The tag said $90 and I paid $69. I'll definately be going back there!

I couldn't resist I needed a new pair of Oakleys and I saw a pair of black straight jackets with grey lenses. I know that they are a lil bland as far as Oakley is concerned. But they were just like my 1st pair of Oakleys that I lost a few years back. Mmmmmmmmm they fit great and every time I put them on it's nistalgic (sp). Pic's to come soon.

Found this on e-bay. Can you count the number of red flags that are flying all over this add? I wish there were a way to tag sales like this to warn would be victims.

Honestly I just want a set of ruby clears so I can wear them inside ALL the time. mmmmm the thought of wearing Oakleys 24/7 I also have a personal theory that a pair of dartboards with ruby clear lenses would be abousolutely killer.

If your already working out regularly then I'd say take your workout to the next level. Gym 3 days a week. Cardio 3 days a week start to burn off that excess fat. When you do cardio make sure it's for at least 20 minutes of consistant work (running, biking, swimming). It takes your body 15 minutes to stop using existing fuel supplys and resort to burning fat. Also, regulate food and cut out the extra "crap" that your body doesn't need. As for cut abbs... we all have them it's just that they can't be seen due to a layer of fat! Cardio + Proper nutrition will help bring them out. If you want them excessively shown Pummel them at the end of every work out but still keep it to 3 days a week (they have to repair too).

Just in case never do the same muscles two days in a row. Allow time for growth.I would suggest at least 3 day split Monday, Wednesday, Friday per week: Chest/Shoulders/Triceps Legs/Abs Back/Biceps
If you can work in more than 3 days split it up more. This is an example of my workout I had Monday for chest:
1) Bench press
2) Incline press
3) Butterfly press
4) Military press
5) Dumbell Raises
6) Tricep Extensions
7) Tricep Kickbacks
8) Weighted Dips
I keep the reps and weight for the first 4 to 6 weeks at 4 sets of 12:10:8:6 using 60%:70%:80% and 90% of my max weight. As an example If my max were only 200 I would do my third set of 8 reps with 160. Remember that you are trying to damage muscle so that it will rebuild. Also, check your diet and make sure your eating habits support your goals.
Have a definite plan when you go in the gym. Don't waste time. Get a good warm up and only rest for about 30 to 45 seconds between sets. Always the last set is planned for 6 but if you can go more then go till failure. The next workout re-estimate your max. Finally, check out this web sight it really helped me get started a few years ago: http://www.thepumpingstation.com/beginner.html
Remember it takes time, dedication, and work. If you need any help, advice, or anything let me know and I'll be glad to help. Ohhh btw once you get big start wearing your Oakleys as your pumping weight it looks cool and it gives you a psychological rush.

I have to admit that I have fallen in love with the ruby clear lenses. However, I have never seen it offered at my local SGH or on the Oakley websight. To get these lenses do you have to call direct to Oakley and request them or just get lucky and find them?

It's all a sign of weakness fellas. First she'll kill your dog, then she'll bend your golf clubs, or even sugar your truck engine but before any of that she'll hit you wear it counts. How easy would it be to: ooooops a little twist here a little bend there.... I love my wife dearly but I'm a man and a realist. Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned. They know how to hit you whare it hurts.
