I called the big O house last night to see about sending in a pair of straight jackets that are having problems keeping the left lense in. The girl who I talked to was totally hip. I mentioned o-review and she said that her and all of her co-workers keep track of what goes on here. I thought that was cool. Anywho kudos again to Oakly for some fantastic customer service.
I probably sound like a broken record, but since we are talking quality service I have to give a shout out the staff at Oakley Japan. They are by far the best people in the service industry I have ever come into contact with. It's good to hear they are not the only ones.
