my wife is currently wearing a Dartboard , and it is still in pretty good shape.
My 4 year old daughter wears her halfpint in pink , and lets nobody else touch them... I LOVE HER SO MUCH

I would say joint-ownership is better than buying two of the same pair. My wife (gf at the time) liked my pair of black/fire Four s ... so I picked up a pair for her as a gift. Years later, I look and wonder why there are now two pairs sitting in the display case.
