I am currently a Student at Salve Regina University studying Communications Media and Technology. I got my first pair of Oakleys about 3 years ago, (rough estimate.) I have been collecting ever since I realized that I could not stop getting or wanting new pairs. I love the designs of the Juliet and the Splices above any other and I and a huge fan of Oakley design and their marketing strategies.

I participate in Gymnastics, Extreme Martial arts, Figure Skating, and Weightlifting. Though none of these sports require sunglass I do it anyway. Except for gymnastics and skating, I can't risk scratching the lense.

I hope to continue collecting Oakleys and dream of Owning an Ostore.

Yeah I am here! Quiet but here!
I sported the O during Sterrens rehearsals... Not sure what made it in though. Though I usually try to wear Oakley in 1 show wherever I go, unless there is no way. Sometimes with the tv shows they are really strict. but the land shows I do, I often throw on some shades, once even I wore the AP Utility vest! My goal is the medusa in a show!

That is really cool that you saw Sterren Dansen Op Het Ijs!! I got to see it online.
I heard that it ended up being a pretty big show over there. It was a lot of fun, did you know of Maribelle??

I wore my watch and some O clothing during warmups and rehearsals, not sure if any of that got into the tv show. hope so.
I also have tried to wear some piece of O during my shows. In one of my shows I sported romeos, and also the AP vest. (but that was a show in Germany and also in NY City)

hello, I just got into this thread and my girlfriend wears oakley a lot. She borrows a lot of my oakley clothing and at one point she was decked out in red oakley stuff, wearing a red O shirt, a red O pullover and ruby pennys. She loves wearing oakleys and Oakley stuff. I got recently got her the new purse, and string tank. Pretty sure she will use them very often. I need to get her the rootbeer fates but that will come in time.

The O store in Japan was truely a wonderful experience. I met a girl in Japan that showed me how to get there and we have been in contact ever since. When I first got to the store I was surprise that the outside was not as ornate as I had expected. Just the sign you can see above. as I walked in there was a small room with a sufboard, three displays and a custom Oakley mountain bike.

The store part was further in the building, but the store consisted of several conference rooms with displays everywhere. The store mainly sold sunglasses, watches, and women's apparel. There were only 2 shoes available and 3 racks of men's clothing. There were also some bags but not the complete collection.

I ended up getting mostly accessories like wristbands, the claw caribeeaner, head wrap, socks, some clothing etc..

It was an awesome time in there, I think I was in there for 1.5 hours making a "to buy" pile.

In Japan, an Ichiro Jersey went for almost $400.00, he is huge over there. I also saw the number 51 Ichiro Juliet at the Tokyo O store. I didn't ask the price, which I should have. That would have been interesting to know.

Hey Everyone, this is Chris, Dann's Brother.

For Christmas I got a pair of Mag Switches and I have noticed that over time they have been curroding and the coating is falling off and forming into crystals on the frame. They look kinda bad even though I have been treating them like my precious.

I was wondering if anyone that had Mag Switches has the same problem and If you think Oakley would fix it. Just curious. Thanks in advance.
