This past week was a big snowboarding halfpipe event at mammoth mountain in CA. When shawn white took the podium he was wearing what appeared to be a new from. It resembled a frogskin a little bit but it was smaller and squared and topped off with a square o icon.

They look pretty cool and like they might belong to the Square O line. Have to be on the look out for those...

looks like a frankenstien frog.

first the icon look cheap. doesn't blend with the frame.
the two gold pointy things on front of the frame looks to r**b** for me.

maybe it is a protoype.

has some refinment needed.

It'll land later in the Spring. Its basically a Frogskin (same earstems) with larger, more rectangular lenses.

Do you know if there is going to be an entire line for colors for this frame or could this be a signature Shawn white frame?

About the ray ban thing I agree, was thinking that at first too. But well, I like it :D They look way better than ray bans

I agree about it looking a bit cheap, but at the same time that may just be the angle.

@Hex- it is hard to say in that pic but to me they really look more like frogskins. It appears to have the unique cut at the top of the nose peice and much more rounded lenses but they never made a pair of frogskins as far as i know availible to the public that resembles those. Could we have a new frogskin release before us here?

Maybe what we are seeing is a spiraling of the original Frogskin into its own commodity, which never really happened. Back in the day, it was the New Frogskin which spiraled into the fashion frames which evolved into the square O frames we have now. So we have Frogskin, Jupiter, and now this new frame.

Great, they look pretty cool to me :) But there are way more hot colorways possible!

I love how they are making the O more visible in Tanner Hall's Suit and they have Oakley down the sleeve... I miss the puffy pant with OAKLEY down the side.

I would imagine you'll see Frogskin-eque colorways, including some artist/signature versions and hopefully not a gross amount of special release colors. The Crystal reds on the top shelf...those are quite nice. Now...how about a crystal blue/+ red? Sounds good to me!

The name may change, but they are one sick pair of shades. Its like the Frogskin and Twitch had a baby. Only the SW will have the little sliver accents.

What's Holbrook, the street he lives on now? Monterio was said to be the street he grew up on.
