I resisted for a long while. Wasn't until my daughter started collecting the Five Nights at Freddy's merch that I even got one. It's been fun trying to catch up with them, as it's not overly frustrating outside visiting various retailers trying to find the exclusives. Isn't too expensive either, so it hits that sweet spot.
The below video speaks on the extras:
-1k print run, all of which are signed
-Of the 1k print run, 250 have been notarized (basically a lawyer's seal)
-15 have sketches
-1 will have been sketched and notarized
Truly exceptional! The original cover art for Uncany X-men #266 (first Gambit) went for an astounding $130k. Sounds expensive but for the original art collector, a cover for the first appearance of a key character is a grail:
Justice League x Police tie-in for the movie. Interesting for £1,295.00:
"The Heroes Box is designed to replicate an old war chest / briefcase. The case has a brown leather look exterior and red velvet interior. The outside of the case is embossed with Justice League and Police branding, plus its relevant Heroes Box name and ‘one of only 500 worldwide’. Inside the Heroes Box, you find the exclusive numbered Limited-Edition Justice League watch plus five other Police watches inspired by the Justice League members. Underneath the watch tray each customer will receive a number of one-off Police and Justice League items including; a Police leather wallet, a Limited Edition Justice League key-ring and six Limited Edition mini action figurines, one for each of the films characters; Batman, Superman, Cyborg, The Flash, Aquaman and Wonder Woman."
I am continually astonished by the worldwide popularity of Asterix. I recall being given one of the Asterix books when I was a kid, but it doesn't seem to be a huge thing in North America. The worldwide popularity has the cover to Asterix And The Banquet going for a cool €1.4 million:
If any of you read comics, Brian Michael Bendis has been Marvel's top writer for the last 17 years. He has now signed exclusively with DC, which is a huge coup:
I was talking with a friend about how much the comics can be complex.
I read quicky the wiki page of the clone saga.
How difficult it would be to follow that ! I would totally fail to understand who's who and does what :'D
