yeah I would have too, I knew the case and rag were fake, but couldn't tell that well from my phone, sometimes technology isn't all it's cracked up to be. When I got home I knew. I feel so ashamed...

I kinda talked around the subject to him. I said I've never seen Hatchets, cloths or cases just like this and could he provide another picture. I'm excited to get the glasses and have 3 other pairs.

He replied back he bought the case and rags at wholesale and asked if I still wanted them

I said I really was interested in glasses but if he didn't feel comfortable sending them on he should let me know.

He said returns were a pain for him so if I was unsure he would refund the money.

I said that would be fine and I hoped we could keep the feedback neutral.

I don't have the money credited yet, but they dont seem to be being jerks.

Yeah, that's what I've observed in bogus eBay auctions. If you can call them on it, they will duck their tails and run, in hopes of not waking a sleeping giant. The problem is they'll just wait for another buyer who doesn't know any better.

Ya, for sure fakes. Congrats on getting the money back (hopefully). At least you caught it early on instead of opening up a huge box of disappointment.

Well everything worked out. Got the refund.

So out of 2 risks I took this one and a pair ordered from someone with 0 feedback everything worked out.

The guy selling fakes gave me my money back.

The new guy who was super responsive and sent me almost an anoying amount of communication sent me a perfect pair of Brown Hatchets.
