Anybody got a hint on how to replace New Straight Jacket II lenses? I tried everything I knew (which is not much) and made no progress. Thanks!

I popped mine out the same way I would on most o-matter frames. Use a bit of pressure and spread the upper and lower orbitals apart and gently put pressure on the backside of the lens and push out.

I have not had a problem yet.

Good luck!

Apparently I need to "cowboy up" and try again. Thanks for the advise and the motivation!

So the question now is: what will those lens fit if anything else other then the new sjii?

no...that is an easy answer. Taller than a Dog lens..Already tried that one...May be able to be trimmed to fit, however the hydro coating nullifies conventional methods of lens chopping...Can't be written on by a sharpie, and can't be taped...

I usually sharpie the backs anyway since regular iridium beads up a bit too.

I got the lenses out of a White Chrome/ +Red and swapped them with a Polished Black/ Black Iridium. I also swapped the icons and the piece that is between the arm and the frame. Here are the resulting frame combos:

I'm very pleased with the polished black / +red, especially the arm combo. It was kinda tough seperating all the parts, but not too bad. You can't create that exact combo with the OCE because they don't allow you to choose the color of the piece between the earstem and the frame. Anyway, just wanted to share....
