The dark grey lens is one of the more useful lenses. The greenish tint helps keep the colors from being washed out and serves many purposes. Anyone else like the default lenses.

Dann is so rightttttt ! I remember when I made a custom black matte/grey MD, I was like, woooo, this is the GREATEST combo ever ! Very versatile and everything.

Its not for nothing then Oakley made light grey, slate, grey, dark grey, black iridium, and the likes.

Really, I was sure slate was a light grey with iridium coating on it ?

On my Tribal, it says slate, so they just changed the name at some point ?

Great for pretty much all light conditions, easy to clean, doesn't show scratches or smudges, and does a good job of hiding your eyes from the outside. Probably my all around favorite lens tint.

What about the new 'Warm Grey' lens that has been introduced with the Canteen. This lens seems to have a little red added to its tint.

Dark grey is the green looking lens that comes in teh whisker now right?
Sure is. I was never a fan of basic Grey, but Dark Grey has been in my favor ever since the Fluoro Navy MD and the general release Dark Olive MD. It's a more comfotable Grey to wear all day long.

I'm glad it replaced Black Iridiums lens trans point point as well in a lot of styles. I was never down with Black Ir.

Now for Warm Grey.

Make sure and stock up on your 1st Generation Grey while you still can!! You will be able to sell them on Ebay in a few years for millions of dollars.

I think this 'Warm Grey' business is just pandering to the fashion crowd. Grey is far more industrial-looking.

pfft, Warm Grey, Dark Grey, Grey Grey... ain't got nuttin' on my Light Grey RAZRWires. now those are classy lenses! use 'em indoors, outdoors, daytime, night time, driving, eating, drinking, pissing... it's the all-purpose lens!

too bad Light Grey isn't readily available on a lot of frames. so who's gonna make some Light Grey customs, eh? and since they're so scarce, those customs would be really exclusive.

Bong, screw Light Grey. What a sissy lens. What good is it in bright light, or do you get bright light in that haze you call NYC?

hmm... screw yoos with your Light Grey bashing! NYC gets haze, but at least we don't suffer from snow blindness... even with your precious Warm Greys on; not warm enough to melt snow, i don't think.

I totally missed the boat on the first gen Grey's. And I think everyone has missed the new Black-Grey Gradient. How can you get any awesomer than that.

This is a bit confusing Eric, but Fluoro Navy in fact came with Dark Grey and Olive with Grey. I can;t say for the two I don't have though.

Warm Grey is far from just fashion...I like it a lot and I am someone who has not been a fan of the whole big, square white, Black or Purple and Pink Paris Hilton trend...Warm Grey is a nice color
