I'm not sure all that has been discussed on this board, but I would like to contribute a brand new pair of yellow, low top Shoe One in any size to be won in some sort of contest for the forum members (contest to be decided by the moderator). I'll sign the box and include something special from my personal collection for the winner.
Contest should end on May 1st (31st anniversary of Oakley).
(please make the contest fair so everyone has a chance to win).
I will be on a business trip for the next 10 days so I will not post for a bit.
Trivia note- Oakley Anne (English Setter and company mascot) was purchased from Sally Howe of Clariho Kennels in New Jersey as an 8 week old puppy in 1974.
OMG!!! COUNT ME IN...I will go to HQ and scrub toilets with a toothbrush or whatever...Just to be able to meet Jannard and talk with him face to face without interruptions/distractions would be sweet!!!
WOW!! Now this is what I call customer support. I had been a little lacking of my enthusiasm for the "O" lately. This is just what I needed to get me jumpstarted again. Thanks Jim, and I suppose a thanks is in order to FP for getting Jim to visit us.
How cool is this? I would have never in my whildest dreams imagined that Jim Jannard would start a contest for us here on the o-review. I am totaly in!
Thaks Jim! Those shoes will totally match my pants now that I've soiled them with excitement!
Speaking of Yellow...I can't even imagine the amount of friction this contest is creating inside Eric's Yellow-hating mind! Haha
How modest of you FP. I'm in too. Hopefully it isnt a contest on who can get the biggest or most Oakley products...that seems a bit unfair to us poor college kids and the likes. Maybe something along the lines of charity work. Who knows.
I think i should step aside on the Competition too.
As much as i love to win i think i may be at an unfair advatage so if you need any help setting it up just holla.
No, in stead of Star Wars, lets take a Biblical approach (not literally but figuratively of course). Jim is God, MD is Gabriel, Dann is Jesus, and we are all disciples
