Nice color. I've been dreaming of a new Kingphilbert sig lately and I imagine Olive Tort minus the tort because it's lighter than Dark Olive. I would wonder if that's the same maybe, but possibly not if they're going for the exact color of the bottle.

Also, with the Heinikin green ones...didnt someone say that they were given out to OPD's or store managers or something around Christmas time? I thought the choice was between the Rust and the Green....I might be wrong though.

They were given to O-store managers at the annual meeting. They chose/were given either the green or another limited rust color frame.

Why liquid companies will make there own special edition? is it for marketing?

only two of mine are special editions, Persimmon and 24k. the rest are customs or stock.

This was not commisioned by Heineken to be produced. These were made up in limited quantities testing the new frame color. Rather than destroying the test frames, they gave them to O-Store managers.

lol the craziness never seizes to amaze me, heineken gascans? ive drank the beer but now matching green oakleys to have while drinking green beer and smoking the green cheeba:P and just in time for St. Patricks Day.

I would imagine that it could still be a possibility. Gascans are new, so over time, Oakley will most likley let out new colorways and such.

Speaking of SE's...I know there is the Midwest SE Gascan, Polished Black with Ice and Blue Icons, but were there any others, like for the East or West coasts or Europe?

The pol black/ice/blue icons is over here too, meant to be limited to 600 pairs per region

My understanding is that the green will not be produced, but the rust color still has a chance. "Defender of the O" may have some info on it.

What about glases in Bacardi Breezer colours. That would be sweet. :)

I think Five 3.0 is an excelent frame for funny colors like that. Make them match with this seasons t-shirts.

The photos don’t do it justice. It truly is Heineken Green. It is a killer color. I am told it will not go into production but you never really know for sure. I think there are only about 15 to 20 of those bad boys in existence so I am surprised some one is willing to let them go. You must be willing to pay a pretty penny for them!
