I thought it was going to be transparent to some degree. Or did I just think that because of it being called X-Ray?

The Crossrange Array has a tweed accessory case.

That is a really cool case. Just placed an order, along with a set of side shields. I was pleasantly surprised to see both of those. Is Tactics the only place that sells them? Is Crossrange being offered in an array?

I was pleasantly surprised by Crossrange. I expected to not like them, but the sport-style nosepiece option makes them very comfy. The engineer geek in me also really likes how they made the interchangeable stems work.

Neat color names. The X-Ray Blue looks pretty good and different from any other blue option. Is the icon iridescent, or is it just the flash reflecting off of it?

Yeah the side shields were a later addition. Still seem weird.

No problem! I had to buy them, even if I don't really expect to use them... such a novelty item.

They do seem weird but I agree with eddy, they're a must have whether you use them or not.

Oh and eddy I'm not sure about a Crosslink array. I want to say yes but I'm not 100% on that.

I'll take some pictures when they arrive.

That picture reminds me... Still trying to figure out why the sport stems have those two holes. Was there some other feature that ended up not being offered?

Crossrange Shield Kit and Accessory Case arrived last night.

The little keyed tab fits into the matching hole in the mechanism, and the earstem holds it in place.

Here is the case in its packaging.

... and inside. Holds a complete pair, second set of earstems/nosepiece, extra lenses, shield kit, and microbag.

I just like the fact that it's a modular frame in a sense with the ear steams and now the shield kit. It's also one of the reasons I like Switchlock and Ridgelock. It would be awesome if Crossrange was a Switchlock frame.

A couple new MPH Slivers up on 6PM.com! Solid Retina Burn and Sky Blue are the standouts. Couldn't find the SKUs on them though which is weird.

And loving the image drop box @dann!
