I've seen them. Black Rain. They were out near the end of the Frogskins life in the mid 90s. One of the last colourways they had ever done for it. I always liked them but hedn't wanted another pair since this was the time all the Zeros and Eye Jackets were starting to hit the market.

No, not exclusives to anyone. Oakley really didn't do that back then like they do now.

In the Frogskin manual in this pic the last two frames are both Black Rain, +Red and Black Iridium.

Just the standard classic colors Wildberry n'Milk/Grey, Opaque black, gray, cow print.

Going back to the 0.3s for a bit, I was mistaken when I said all 0.3s had round orbitals and not straightness near the nose piece, as demonstrated by:

Anyone know anything about these. Sky Blue Classic Frogskins. Like Wildberry n' Milk, but Blue.

I have seen 3-4 pairs on ebay in the last 3 years usually when someone is selling dalmations or other older Frogskins. Its like someone finds a cash of them and sells them off because the sellers history usually doesn't usually include Oakleys.

i had never heard of them either, they are Gen1 so maybe they were an exclusive, when i fist saw these i thought they must be a different shade of cobalt but they are very purple with BI lens.
and sadly the icon isnt printed thats just my lame cam.

apparently grapevine was a goggle frame colour and someone got it made into an EJ, dunno how many though.

Lex, are they yours? Grapevine was an older Goggle color from that same time.

We've been seeing some awesome rare Oakleys as of late.....those Sky Blue Frogskins, those Grapevine EJs, and the Desert Camo XXs. Excellent finds everyone.

I am a little color blind but to me they look like a custom lens option on a pair of fuel or cobalt eye jacket frames.

Also, those colors and the finger print design similarly went over the Icon.

Jake, ive got both Fuel and cobalt,
Fuel is green and cobalt is blue, grapevine is purple.

your right about fingerprint being done over the icon but all of the crackle frames have plain icons.

I can remember seeing the finish under the icon on my Fuel and Cobalts. It's just one paint job over another.
