I'm curious to see what the polished clear looks like but I don't think it'll sway me enough to get one.

Yeah, still not really on-board but the clear frame is always somewhat tempting for me. I am interested in getting a closer look at the "Ahyris" feature and how they handled that on these though.

Something about these makes me want to check them out more. I kinda like them.

Alright fellas, I know one of you has torn apart this hinge type and can help me out. I have a pair of these with a pin/screw sticking out the bottom of the hinge. I was about to try tapping it back in and realized it might have threads on it that my aging eyes cannot see.

How do I get this sucker back in? On the other hinge it is beyond flush with the frame - it's fully recessed in the hole.

Anybody have knowledge about this hinge before I take a hammer to it?

I'm not 100% sure, but if there's nothing like a Philips or flat screw slot, then it's likely a pin that was pushed in. Maybe see if you can pry it out.

Should be able to just tap it back in.

Thank you both. I'll report back once I try it for the next fool who looks it up.
