Bong, no they didn't change out the earsocks. Still the tacky orange. I see those Sq Wires so often I'm starting to dislike them a little. And yeah, I have a pretty crazy memory when it comes to spotting Oakley.

the problem with the orange ones they disintegrate about 100 times faster than the regular black unobtanium earsocks. they're not as grippy too.

I'm in Brunei now, and I was a wee bit surprised to find the following colour combos in a local eyewear store.

1 - Green Camo Half Jacket
2 - Polished G30 Juliet
3 - Ruby Juliet
4 - Tortoise Moon
5 - +Red Iridium A Wire (I think)
6 - Plasma Ice X Metal XX

There were also two Zeros, but I couldn't tell which ones they were. There were probably a few more O Matters as well, but I'm not much of an O Matter guy; I remember tons of Racing Jackets though... or were they Water Jackets?

I walked into a convienience store behind a big, smelly, wooly mammoth-lookin fella sporting a pair of Bengal / Black Iridium Straight Jackets! I nearly considered offering to buy them but I figure I'd have to soak them in alcohol for a month to get the smell out! So I just complimented him on his glasses & went on my way.

If that's the case then you must've done a ton of photoshopping on the pic you posted the other day! Um...& if she's reading this right now, I'm drunk & don't know what i'm talking about!

Well - thanks for covering...and no photoshopping - those cost me a Monster Truck but it's a gift that keeps on giving....and I'm fairly certain she's not reading the posts (I hope) outside of over my shoulder on occasion....

I see alot of Oakley wearing peeps from san jose and neighboring cities on a daily basis. My whole clan now (and im talking 70 or so people) are now starting to buy Oakley shades since seeing me wear a different one everyday. I got a cousin in law that satrted kickin it with me for just 3 months and now he has 3 pairs that he owns all cuz he goes with me to the vault store.

Not really a sighting, but my Mom just bought a pair of Halfwires for herself a couple of weeks ago. They look sweet, I want it.

Thought I'd resurrect this thread because I had such a rare/unusual sighting over the weekend. I was parking my car to head into the local Home Depot when I spot this guy and his significant other walking less than 10' from my car. The guy is probably early to mid 30's and is sportin' the Francis! I could not believe it! I have never seen a pair of those being worn out in public (besides myself one or two times). Crazy. I guess I'll have to keep my eyes open for more cool sightings. They just don't happen every day (at least for the artist series and rare pieces).
